Me encantaría darle más nota por sus empleados

El personal muy amable como suele ser en este país al completo, tuve una queja y fue solucionada.

El mobiliario necesita un cambio urgente, muchas cosas medio rotas o rotas enteras. Había bichos colgado del techo a mí llegada, lo comunique y limpiaron pero ya te deja mal cuerpo, y la cerradura iba mal. Por el precio aceptable pero no sé si era por ir solo dos personas o si en caso de usarse los dos cuartos dobles el precio cambiaría. Sino cambia es buena opción, creo que mi habitación era la última y quizás es la de peor estado

Dobra lokalizacja , ładny i wygodny apartament który mieści się w hotelu Heritage na 10 piętrze , możliwość korzystania z basenu ,obsługa hotelowa sprzątała codziennie , 2 duże sypialnie i duży salon

Kanapa w salonie bardzo poplamiona , przydałby się jakaś chociaż narzuta by to zakryć

Une belle surprise

Un grand appartement bien équipé avec un grand balcon. Les produits de douche sont renouvelés en quantité ainsi que les dosettes thé/café. Proche de Bangla road. La vue sur Patong. Les 2 grands lits. La grande piscine.

Un des lits était confortable. Le matelas de l'autre une planche de bois...

Einen ganzen Urlaub möchte ich hier nicht verbringen, aber für ein paar Tage super.

Super Lage und echt groß. Betten waren sehr bequem. Tolle Aussicht.

Hätte mal gründlich geputzt werden müssen. Und ein wenig abgewohnt.

Eine böse Überraschung!

Das Zimmer entsprach gar nicht den Fotos; es war deutlich kleiner und das Mobiliar machte einen uralten Eindruck und war unappetitlich abgegriffen. Das Badezimmer war teilweise nicht verputzt, sodass die Rohrinstallationen samt dahinter liegendem Hohlraum wie in einem Rohbau sichtbar waren. Ebenfalls sehr unappetitlich. Dazu war der Wasserdruck der Dusche extrem schwach.

Clean and comfortable room. Great view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was a quick walk to the top things to do in Patong. Great value for money.

Do Not recommend

Location is good. Hotel pool was nice. Beds are comfortable

Apartment is nothing like the pictures. We didn't get the room we reserved 6 months prior. Reception lady in very bad English told us that we can get another hotel if we don't like the room. The air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and they didn't fix it for 6 nights we stayed. The were no window In the living room,so it was very dark most of the time. Some times the was a very bad sewerage smell in the bathroom .

Good value for money in Patong

Very good value for money. 5 person stay and 2 huge rooms with double beds. Lots of complimentary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee and water etc. Nice view from the balcony with a good location close to the craziness of patong. Staff very friendly and good facilities - swimming pool, gym.

The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest, stated there was a complimentary breakfast which turned out to be 400 baht so a bit misleading. Also some wear and tear in the room.

lovely stay

The breakfast is for hotel guest only, not for condo guest.

it will be helpful if the owner indicate the address as Patong Heritage, check in with hotel lobby for the key. The actual process of getting the key is not hard once we start to ask the hotel reception, but ask Grab driver finding the condo is confusing, because there is no sign or anything of the condo (it's part of the hotel building).

it’s big room, for 4 people. Near Patong beach, worth location and worth the price.

some facilities are dirty, the most is the microwave. We tried to clean it with tissue and so dirty.

Very good accommodation option in the center of Patong Beach.

I stayed at Patong Hateridge once again. My apartment was prepared for me in advance. Upon checking in, it turned out that the shower broke. The staff quickly changed my apartment to a much better one. Very good and helpful service. I am satisfied once again.

Holidays in the time of COVID-19. Safety rules are burdensome but such are the times.

Looks like we are only tenants here during this hard times. Everything is closed and not much to do. But hotel was good, great location, big rooms.

Good location and value for money

The location was excellent - really close to Bangla Road (the main entertainment street) and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The room was of a reasonable size with a balcony and cable tv. Wifi was provided. The staff were polite and the value for money was extremely good.

The gym was small and lacked equipment. There was no safety deposit box in my room. Also, no water, shower gel or shampoo was provided in my room.
