Utile la lavatrice, casa calda.
Pulizia non ottima, c'era polvere di vecchissima data nel bocchettone in bagno, sul ventilatore, nei cassettoni dove c'erano cuscini aggiuntivi nel divano letto in cucina, briciole nel tostapane, non c'erano monodose di sapone o shampoo (solo un po' di sapone annacquato per le mani sul lavandino), il phon si surriscaldava e spegnendolo non si riaccendeva più per un po'.
La doccia ha solo il doccione fisso in alto e ovviamente non c'era in compenso una cuffia per capelli che sarebbe stata utile in quel caso, considerato che non c'è il bidet non è molto comodo non avere un docccione estraibile.
Il letto in cucina aveva il materasso sfondato.
La comunicazione non è stata granché, ci arrivavano i messaggi automatici con le indicazioni e il finto interesse, ma quando siamo arrivati con la bimba piccola ammalata non sono stati molto comprensivi, ci hanno solo risposto ripetutamente che il check-in era alle 15.00 e non ci hanno fatti entrare nemmeno 10 minuti prima.

Városközpont, mégis csendes a lakás. Minden szükséges felszerelés biztosítva volt. Tiszta, szép lakás.
Szinte nem tudok ilyet mondani, talán egy nagyobb vasalódeszkának és egy jobb vasalónak jobban örültem volna.

I would say that everything was fine. The apartment was clean, the keys were easy to pick-up. We didn't stay too much at the accommodation, usually we were there just for sleep and shower.

My room was lovely, comfy bed,nice kitchen, good shower.
No air con, every day we were so warm and sweaty. No shampoo on arrival,bad smell in the bathroom.

The location was just perfect, everything was clean and stylish, beds comfortable, not much place to keep your clothes thought but no problem for short stay. The communication was always quick and helpfull.
I missed a chopping board in the kitchen, but that is just rather an advice than bad review.

We were staying a couple of nights as first time tourists in Budapest.The staff was very helpful and also local people. Great location,10 min from train station, very easy to travel and explore. The apartment had comfortable beds , a powerful shower, and good facilities in the apartment were provided.Would defo recommend this place.
I was expecting an apartment with a living room with a sofa as advertised from pictures for more comfort. We had a table with chairs, which made it not as comfortable in the evening when relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. We were staying on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy also from people above could hear eco from walking which wasn't a big deal but could hear every move. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The code to open the box did not arrive to email. We had to contact the host. Long process.

good location, good water pressure and temperature, plenty of towels, shampoo and shower gel provided
Cannot say it’s the most child friendly place. The TV wasn’t working and no attempt to fix it, in addition the wifi was very weak meaning you cannot stream either which means a very frustrated kid at times. In addition the apartment is at the bottom corner of the building so our UK roaming signal wasn’t very strong either. (We asked for a discount off the price because of this and something like £20 was discounted)
Bathroom is small with not much place to put toiletries. Although they tried to decorate in a modern way, The decor is more tired than it looks in the pictures and the building isn’t exactly the nicest.
We asked for early check in and unfortunately this wasn’t awarded until 20mins before the actual check in time. They remained professional throughout our communication but the apartment and the service was simply not up to par.
Overall, we stayed in many apartments in Budapest as we visit regularly. So far this was the poorest.

clean and comfy bed. Easy access from public transport.
the water boiler was out of function. So we were without hot water for the entire 3 days stay. The manager did offer to change to another appartment on the 2nd day. We declined bcos of too much hustle to pack and unpack and relocating to another building location. We asked for a water pail for shower use and we got it.
The management was cordial and courteous though.

We stayed in the apartment named Dixieland. The check in process was very smooth. The apartment was clean and furnished. The location is not far from public transportation.
The apartment was dark even when all the lights are switched on. The bathroom did not have any lock which makes it difficult to share the apartment between a group of friends. The towels were washed, however, they had a slight fowl smell. The apartment floors were creaky. One of the inner windows was broken and unable to close properly.

It was very nice and clean and the location is very good. Good value for the money.

Room is great size, design is mix of traditional and modern which is awesome, i love that. You can see how clean and new everything is and that is a big plus. Heating was good, had no problems with warming up place really fast. Studio was close to all the transport lines and city center.
Only small thing is that shower head is not adjustable and we were not prepared for really cold floors, so slippers are needed and highly recommended. Nothing else beside that.

Good location, near to shops (including LIDL), cafes and restaurants, and also near transport stops (including the starting point of tram 2 or 2M or 2B which are the scenic rides that will take you by the Danube river). I especially loved that this apartment was warm throughout my stay (it was winter). All the facilities were working fine, and the host was responsive and prompt when we communicated through messages, that’s very helpful.
Nothing bad to report. Suggestion: If guests with late evening flights were allowed to store luggage in a part of the building after checking-out at 10am, then that would be even better.

Great location, pretty spacious
No internet access, no shutters.
When I contacted the host about the internet access, he responded that the issue is with the internet service provider, who has been notified numerous times and is now working to fix it. After that, I attempted to connect to the main network using the same password, as the WiFi signal was coming through a repeater, and I discovered that there was internet connection (however the main router's signal did not reach the apartment at all). Given that the host had misled me, the repeater was the issue and not the ISP.
The fact that I had no internet access was not a major concern to me, but the fact that a professional host was telling me lies was quite upsetting.

Communication with the Hotel was easy and the response time very fast. They were super nice, answering all question. Close to the centre. Very clean and very quiet during the whole day and night.
Bed is super comfy and the bathroom is clean.
Has basic electronics, stove, fridge, toaster...
Overall a great place to stay in Budapest.

Apartment was very clean, large and well equipped. We get all instruction how to get in prior to our arrival. We really enjoyed stay in Budapest as it is beautifull city with many possiblities. Apartment is very near (10-15 minutes by walk to Parliament building and city center)) of main interesting places as well as clubs. Restaurants and shopping is also very near.
I definitelly recommend this stay in Budapest and next time I will visit Budapest I will stay here again. Thank you for such a great accomodation.

Great location. Easy and nice communication with the host. Clear instructions how to reach the apartments. Easy contactless check in / check out. Some kitchen staff, almost everything you need, even corkscrew.
The room could be cleaner. There was dirty wall near the bed. Also a lot of dust on old cupboard and few small spiders inside. One of the wall lights didn't work. Didn't find a pan. You will hear everything from the hall.
