Stayed for one night. Beautiful, spacious room, with a large bathroom. Complementary water bottles. And a discount at the bar :) I didn't find the stairs narrow and steep as some have said, but it depends on how much luggage you carry, and your mobility. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Didn't experience any noise from the street. Will stay again.

A clean room with some nice condiments, a comfy bed, the discount card and all in a central location.

The stairs where cramped for carrying suitcases and where hard to navigate.

It’s a walk up property with no elevators so this may be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Good location, clean rooms and good hospitality. Great story involving the Titanic. Travelling from Australia and thought it was a great spot to stay.

Oxford Street in Southampton was an amazing location. A vibrant area with bars and restaurants and all within an easy walk of shopping and the cruise ship terminal.

The shower didn’t have hot enough water for me!

Hot water could have been hotter. Taking a shower was pretty brief as the water was lukewarm at best.

Just a nice place to stay if your visiting Southampton

Great place if you want to be in the heart of Southampton. The staff were amazing, everyone was super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile if I needed anything. The place is close to heaps of great restaurants and all Southampton has to offer!

Mattresses need changing very soft and had dip in it!! Milk for morning drink was plentiful but off!
