Location was perfect just 1 stop away from Osaka station and 2 stops from shin-Osaka. The train runs every few minutes and we never needed to wait long.
The room was a bit smaller than expected, but for a 2 night stay it was ok. Because of the limited space the luggage took most of the floor space.

駅から近くチェックイン前、後とも荷物を預かって貰えて助かりました。ウエルカムコーヒーも無料でいただけて良かったです。フロントの方々もとても感じよかったです。
リニューアルされてフロント周りは綺麗だが部屋は年数が経ってるので壁が薄くて隣や廊下の物音が聞こえる

ホテルから駅が近く、大阪駅にも1駅で行ける。
治安も悪くない場所にホテルがあり
部屋も綺麗で、1人で泊まるには十分の広さがあった事。
受付で名前を伝えた時に、伝わっておらず他の予約客の説明をされていたので、名前を間違えないように再度確認して欲しいなと思いました。

Very conveniently located, small but functional room.
Old AC, took me a while to find the controls. Also the door close with an extremely loud noise, which kept me awake on the first night.

The hotel was easy to locate and is very close to the station. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance which was very convenient. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful too.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small for 2 people to share.

2-3 minutes walk to JR Station - Tsukamoto. One station to Uemeda.
Very small room, small bathroom, the bed is not comfortable. If you travel for two, better go and stay at other hotel.

due to covid restrictions breakfast was unavailable but coffee etc was. Staff were courteous and helpful when asked. provision of little things like umbrellas was a welcome touch.

Got the biggest room in the hotel. Location, close to the station. Nice coffee machine inside the room. Big sofa and spacious seating area.
No breakfast was provided because of COVID-19. small lobby area.

The room is pretty cozy. The staffs were very helpful and kind enough to assist me since I am not comfortable in writing Japanese letters anymore. Had a pretty nice short stays.
The lobby seems to be too small. But no complaint here.
