Location excellent for the jazz festival Good sized private outdoor space with large table

Opaque folding doors to 2nd bedroom lets the light in Single beds very soft No toiletries supplied although it stated they would be

Would definitely return :)

Location of property is perfect. Everything in walking or short car drive away. The property was great to stay in, spent all day out and about and came back in the evenings to clean up and relax. Was pleasantly surprised to have nice hot showers available for all 4 of us. Beds were comfy.

Most of the property was clean, but there was some unvacuumed areas. We did find 3 live cockroaches in the lounge area and bathroom. Some of the towels and linen were a little stained. I assumed we could watch Netflix on the tv but the tv was older model.

Perfect gateway spot in a beautiful location. Loved our stay here.

This property is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Check in is contactless, all information received by sms. Undercover parking is secure and height restrictions even suited 4x4 with roof rack. Apartment is very modern and clean. We weren’t aware that there was a festival on that weekend but we didn’t mind and crowds were really well controlled by security and we got to listen to live music for free 🙂

Enjoyable stay.

Great location Nice view

Fridge not very stable and difficult to open without it moving forward. Kitchen cloth was put away wet and had been used. No shelf in shower to put soap etc. The roller door to the laundry opened and closed a few times on it’s own.

A lovely, comfortable apartment in a quiet, convenient location.

Host was very prompt in answering enquiries. Accessing parking and unit was straightforward and seamless.

Maybe plastic cups & small plates/bowls for small children.

Stunning location. Neat and tidy. Central to everything.

Stunning location. Close to shops and beautiful ocean views. Neat and tidy apartment. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony.

A very enjoyable stay with a great location to everything.

Had a function at the Pavillion which was very convenient to walk to venue instead of driving. Easy access to everything. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived. Would recommend if staying in Kiama.

Would stay again if I knew there wouldn’t be black mold. Outstanding location.

Location, layout, spacious, easy to check in, quiet, generally felt clean. Big balcony. Has everything you need.

Black mold on ceiling, dirty cutlery, key code needed to be entered numerous times to work at the building entrance, the largest cooktop didn’t work. Large gap between roller blinds which let the sun into the bedroom early morning. Requirement of having to wash and empty the dishwasher before leaving was a bit unreasonable.

Nice Location, Furniture needs an update and cleaning needs improvement.

We loved the location. We had two apartments both had a good outlook.

The verandahs were filthy, the flyscreens were damaged and were not on at arrival. The lounge in the 2-bed apartment that was dearer for the beach view had poor quality and dirty furniture. The lounge looked like a dog had been sleeping on it. For the price paid, we expected more.

We stayed there as my wife had birthday on Saturday ,so I thought take her there and we can enjoy the scenes of Kiama ,b

Very convenient location ,hallway very spacious ,inside wall etc looking very beautiful ,doors and locks very secure ,beds in good condition with pillows and blankets supplied plus it was very quiet location etc

I don’t think there is much to complain ,we liked everything there and it was worth for our money the location of the building was close to shops etc .only thing we were looking bit of extra garbage bags , but then we managed somehow .finally ,the property was nice looking .

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this filthy disgusting appartments!

NOTHING.

When we arrived at our stay we quickly dropped our bags and left. Once we arrived back we noticed that the room was filthy. The bathroom wasn't clean and the shower was disgusting. Our pillows, mattress topper and mattress were all stained yellow (I have photos). While we were out someone had been in our room as the laundry area door was all the way up and when we left the room it was all the way down. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every noise around us and felt like we couldn't talk in case we disturbed others. When we first arrived we went to the parking spot allocated to us and there was a big boat parked next to the park which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of the car. My partner and myself decided to go stay somewhere else for the time of our stay due to the room being very dirty and not feeling safe. I contacted the Apartments and told them what had happened and they asked for photos which I sent through. It has now been over a month with no reply and no refund. Very upset at the situation and extremely at how it has been dealt with (or not dealt with) Would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you like to stay in a filthy, unsafe room.

Enjoyable and convenient location to visit Kiama.

Easily accessible for parking and walking out.

On this occasion noisy gardeners arrived outside our terrace windows before 8am. Not great management by the BC.

We were disappointed with the apartment as the previous reviews were positive

Good location

The car park is not suitable for large cars. We were unable to park in the allocated bay due to a boat on one side and a poorly positioned car on the other side. We had to park in the street. The garbage bin was full. Some of the crockery was cracked. The bathroom vanity sink was cracked and grazed. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. For example there was something left behind under the vanity. There was one face washer and one hand towel only in the bathroom for 2 people. The quilt on the bed was too small so that one person was inadequately covered during the night.

close to amenities.

lacking of toilet and bath for a family of 6. bath mat and hand towels in the bath looks very filthy and I have to wash and dry for immediate use.

Lovely stay in Kiama. We didn’t really see or communicate with any staff.

Lovely studio apartment. Great location near beach and restaurants.

Kitchen was poorly equipped, no chopping board!! Not sure where the BBQ was?

Apartment was in a good position

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment.. The apartment had one bedroom & another small room with no windows & a sliding screen. Picture on Bookings , com showed 2 bedroom .was uncomfortable for the 80 year old who had to get into trundle bed. Lack of instruction on operation of TV etc.I wasn't sure what we were meant to do with the key when we were leaving Sent message , still no reply
