Perfect getaway from Melbourne with friends

Clean comfortable great location, pretty perfect!

Hard to imagine but we had no mobile network there and with no wifi we were offline in the house. We stayed for a Basket Ball tournament with regular live updates so we had to go away from the property to get internet

Lovely time staying here, would reccomend other families or groups of friends to stay.

I loved the spacious rooms and location of the house. It had a nice view of the golf course and not far of a walk to the beach.

No WiFi. The cleaner turned up 20 mins before check out and parked in our drive way as we were swapping cars over which made it hard for my parents to load their car with heavy cases. It felt very rushed.

Great place to stay

The unit was exceptional. Great layout, plenty of room, very clean, easy access into Torquay & around the area. We would recommend staying here & would stay again.

The only aspect that was a little difficult for us was that my elderly mum finds it hard to climb stairs.

Chipped plates and mugs. These need to be thrown out and replaced. Not enough crockery. Needs a spotlight near the carport.

A little pricey given it was a 15 min walk to the beach and a 8-10 min drive into town.

Great facilities, both in the house and ovewrall property

Needs to have WIFI, internet access is quite bad in the area and not having WIFI to connect too made internet access minimal

Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend

The apartment was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was beautiful and the towels were huge!

Maybe a few more supplies in the kitchen like oil, salt and pepper, foil. We have a big family and cook when away so these are helpful. Kitchen was well supplied otherwise.

will never be back

it’s big and a lot of room

everything else and it’s not maintained well. The main bed smelt like urine. you have to clean up before leaving. empty bins etc. it’s not serviced. guys no WIFI and it’s not clean. they don’t supply shampoo and toilet paper for the duration of your stay just 1. this property is more like a air Bnb, it’s not serviced.

Spacious and very clean and easy access from carport to front door.

Couldn't watch DVD that was in DVD library as no cable or connection Pointless watching on laptop when wanting on lounge room tv.

Very pleasant

Very nice main lounge/kitchen/diner on first floor with balcony overlooking the golf course.

Bedrooms a bit on the small size and would be cramped if you were using them all.

The property was clean and spacious.

There was no wifi, the heating and cooling system was playing up and not working properly in all the rooms. Some mugs were chipped quite badly. The tv remote in the master bedroom did not work (teed changing the batteries as well!)

comfortable three bedroom two bathroom places. living area was spacious

the lack of basics in the kitchen. no salt/pepper, not enough washing detergent. wouldn’t stay longer than three days as you would have to do a big shop and buy everything from scratch. internet connection was poor.

Excellent property - spacious, modern, great facilities and excellent communication from the property managers. No fuss! Whilst we thought the location was great for the price, is it not in close walking distance of the main strip . We would definitely return.

Air con didn't seem to work - not sure if it was me or the air con unit, but I spent a lot of time trying to cool the place down (it was very hot in there) without success. We did not report this to property managers so no fault of theirs but may be worth looking into for future guests.

Great little getaway in Torquay. Location was great-close to shops, beaches and attractions. Property was clean and well

great set up with bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs.

hot water was not continuous and hard to have showers in both bathrooms at the same time and even one after the other. had to wait for the hot water to heat up. not ideal for the group of people to use the water. but we managed. Depending on phone provider, reception coverage was very poor in this pocket. also the neighbour at no.4 was not very pleasant. always had something to complain about.

Great house and really clean. Communication with Julie and Jason was great. Conveniently located near shops and beaches too.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again

Great quiet location, very clean and comfortable accommodation with modern decor and facilities.

Phone reception was poor in the area and there was no wifi available.

Heater control was dodgy and we ran out of hot water once despite only 2 of us there. Everything else was good.

Fresh, clean and quiet. Very modern and perfect for a family holiday. Great communication from the hosts. Very easy and comfy. Loved the big white fluffy towels!

It would have been good if there was a BBQ on the property. However there is one on site that we found after a couple of days.
