no airconditioning, no hand towels or tea towels, pool facility very dirty and not swim-able

The location was great, it was in walking distance to shops and cafes. Also not far from the beach and lookout walks.
We were happy with the unit, I can’t think of any change.

great location 6 min stroll to beach. kitchen living area pleasantly
the bathroom was dated, very tired. the bedroom was not clean. the sheets were musty , the fan had lots of dust, the side lights did not work. again very tired looking.NO WIFI- it does say this in the advert - but really who doesn’t have wifi today???

The Location was great, the couches comfortable .
The unit was fairly dated, the bathroom in particular could really do with a paint job and new tiles, there was quite a lot of mould on ceiling and in grout. The room and stairwell when entering the building smelt musty also. The entrance door was also a little hard to open.

Great location. It's a little old but that was expected and please remove the big dining table, it takes up too much room is about all I'd say.

Location, size of apartment, access to street parking, quiet
Shower grout was very grotty , toilet flush kept going, lamps were missing bulbs and switch didn’t work, queen bed wasn’t made up, cockroach in kitchen. Front door was really difficult to unlock.

Very expensive for the quality of the property.

The property is in a great location, walk to beach, creek, club, pub and local shops. Having a pool was great bonus for the grandkids. Only a short drive to a major shopping centre or to Coffs Harbour.
There was a DVD player but it did not work. Reported it to the Real Estate Agency the morning after we arrived and was advised that the property manager would be informed and that they would keep me informed. We stayed five days and never heard a thing. The grandchildren were very disappointed that they could not watch their DVDs. A DVD player is not mentioned in the facilities but as there was one next to the TV you would expect it to work!
