El parqueadero estaba incluido lo cual facilitó ciertas cosas de nuestro viaje.

El personal no es para nada amable, nos hablaba en un tono totalmente desagradable y feo, especialmente las meseras y algunas recepcionistas, fué bastante feo. Había bastante ruido en el hotel principalmetne por el parqueadero, el ventilador que había estaba dañado, y algunos tendederos estaban sucios y no limpiaban bien el suelo.

La atencion del personal es superior. Muy buena. Las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas.

El parqeadero produce un poco de eco en las habitaciones (ruido). Seria conveniente buscar alguna manera de evitar el ruido al movimiento de los vehiculos de entrada y salida.

Como sugerencia, que extendieran el horario del desayuno hasta las 10 am.

Las instalaciones estan modernas y el hotel tiene una bonita distribución de habitaciones o sea no es tipico pasillo si no tiene un espacio central que le da mucha luz

Cuando llegue al hotel no estaba claro lo que se habian comprometido por booking, solo tenian claro lo que tenian en su sistema, la persona que me atendio inicialmente no tenia idea como entrar a verificar en booking que era lo ofertado y el manejo de ella hacia mi como cliente fue no de verificar porque yo decia una cosa y ella tenia otra cosa registrada en el sistema y eso es lo que tengo y ya señor cliente mi sistema es todo poderoso y a eso se tiene que acoger, no hizo el esfuerzo de comunicarse con la persona que habia atendido mi requerimiento por booking ( ni tenia clave para entrar a booking) afortunadamente llego la persona encargada y soluciono, conclusión deben entrenar a todas las personas en atención al cliente y mejorar comunicación para que todo mundo pueda atender una reserva independiente quien la haya recibido, espero que este aporte sirva para mejorar un buen hotel como considero a este hotel, gracias, dios los bendiga.

Nice hotel. the staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. the room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Also, the location was great.

The stay could have been 10/10 if the rooms had AC. However, they had a fan for each room, but one of them was extremely loud and the other was silent but didn’t make the room feel that fresh. Even with the minor issues with the fan, we enjoyed and loved our stay. After a while of being in the room with the loud fan, you get used to the noise. Regarding the silent one, we just moved the fan around until its location was the perfect one to make the room feel fresher.

the staff and the clean rooms . it was amazing !!

Staff was super nice. Allowed us to drop our bags before check in and even gave us free breakfast. There’s someone at the reception 24/7 which is helpful and helped us feel safe. They were even able to call us a taxi at 4 AM! It’s located right across a grocery store which was helpful and 5 minutes from the Armenia Terminal.

It is clean and quiet if you get one of the back rooms

Armenia’s downtown is somewhat messy

Stayed for one night after a long bus ride from Tatacoa. My bus was late so got there about 2am and the check in staff was so friendly and so helpful even at this late hour and with my terrible spanish! Made me feel very welcome. Room was great with an amazing bathroom and hot water which was a treat after spending weeks in dorms and 3 days in the desert. Definitely worth the extra $$ for a night to sleep well and be extra comfy en route to Salento.
