I found the property very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful with information as to where to go and what to see. Very humble man and truly enjoyed his company and conversations.  I do not want to forget to mention that the horses on the property are super friendly and incredibly beautiful. 

The only thing I would change is the Wi-Fi service. I found that it would go in and out or would take longer than normal times. This was common for the entire area though, so not sure if this is something that can be remedied. 

The owner is very friendly. Close to town, but far enough to enjoy the night sky and auroras.

Some warm breakfast would be appreciated (like bacon or scrambled eggs).

The location is beautiful and the host was welcoming and very helpful as he recommended some very good places for me to visit in the area.

The breakfast is so great.

We decided to stay here as we wanted to be away from the towns. It is in a most beautiful location but the main charm, for us, was the owner Rikardur. Gentle and caring, he took us to the stables to see his horses along with his adorable sheepdog Hringja. The guesthouse has rooms on the ground floor, simple and with the most comfy beds. Breakfast with a great view, was simple but hearty with boiled eggs, bread, cereals etc. Overall, one of the best and cleanest stays ever.

It is perfect! Difficult to find faults here.

The farm's owner is super friendly and thoughtful, and we had a great chat over breakfast in spite of a little language barrier. I also loved the dog that welcomed me as I drove in.

I was okay with this, but some people who might be expecting a guest kitchen might be disappointed. Instead there is a tasty breakfast waiting for you upstairs in the morning. :)

The hostess was very welcoming, and asked me if I'd like a tea. The location, on a horse-farm just outside Akureyri, was beautiful. Breakfast was quite good.

Host was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and Rosie in particular went out of her way to be helpful. We were welcome to use the lounge too.

The farm is a little bit out of town.

Beautiful location, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere! Our host Ricky was friendly and thoughtful, and his staff adjusted the breakfast time so that we could catch the Dalvik ferry. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
