House was very clean and tidy. Owner was ever so helpful, he called me prior to arrival to assist in transferring the luggage from the car

Entrance to the old city is prohibited, also parking on the service road adjacent to the city walls. Cameras installed with warning signs.

In historical part of Pienza. Easy to drive to parking areas, not always common in Tuscan hill towns. Well situated to travel to surrounding towns and area. Welcoming hosts, to their clean, lovely, well accommodated home.

Nice and clean, exceptionally spacious and super easy in terms of location within Pienza. Antonio showed us round and was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Air conditioning in the bed room was very loud which made it difficult to sleep with it on but the fans provided by Antonio helped

Property was clean and charming. Owner is nice and helpful, helped with our luggages to and from property. Amenities were well provided from toiletries to washing detergents. Pienza is a great town for Tuscan base, not hilly.

A/C was a little loud and our hot water went out last morning but we didn’t ask owner to reset it. Parking was a little hard since it was in ZTL zone but owner did showed several possible places to park outside of town wall.

It truly was a small, lovely home, right in Pienza. You cannot drive in Pienza but we were able to park close by and the host met us and carried in my big bag. Just a few minutes walk to the house. Loved Pienza and the history of it's construction. Incredible views onto the surrounding beautiful landscape. It is in-between Montepulciano and Montalcino so great for exploring neighboring wine areas.

Beautiful place within the walls of Pienza, loved being able to stay in the heart of this beautiful town. Everything you’d need is in the house and it feels quite big given it’s over two floors. A car parking space near the house was saved for us on arrival which was an nice touch.

We found it a little difficult to park near the house when we had been out driving for the day, but we managed to find a space around 10 minutes walk away which wasn’t too bad really given the central location of the property

We liked the fact we could cook our own meals in the kitchen, the laundry was a great help, the bed was comfy & everything very clean

Is just like feeling at home! Hosts are so kind & professional!
