L'appartamento è nuovissimo, ristrutturato, ben pulito e funzionante. Ottima posizione, check in e check out facilissimi. Host e signora delle pulizie molto reattivi, gentili e cordiali. Alloggio molto consigliato.

It's a budget appartment in the center, with a common kitchen and fridge, there are public car parks, mosty paid But still it's a good solution for travellers with a car. There is everything mentioned in the description. Good value

I could park my rental vehicle in front of my bedroom window, it's a safe destination and close to all amenities. Old town is a stone throw away and restaurants to choose from around every corner. Thanks to a great stay!

Honestly this place exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean and beds confortante , including the sofa bed. Bathrooms are clean and well renovated. Andrea was very helpful and always one call away. We had to check in later than expected and the self check in was easy and fast. There is a shared kitchen you can use as well. Located in a quiet area.

We were very happy with the room, there was a bathroom in the room, like a suite. The kitchen was available for us and we ate our breakfast there.
The bed should have been more comfortable.

Terni itself isn't a very attractive city, but it is a good place for a base from which to take day trips (Marmore, Spoleto, Narni, etc) and that's how I made use of it for four days. This property is excellent for that; it's an easy five minute walk to the train station and seven to the bus station. Plus it's right above a supermarket and there are several restaurants nearby. I didn't have much to do in Terni, but this spot made coming and going very convenient.
The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, which is a negative, but I was aware of that, so it was no problem. The worst thing was the bed; I was constantly aware of the springs. It was one of the more uncomfortable beds I've slept on in all my travels. (Not the worst, but in the bottom three.) Also, there was some noise problems. Since it's on the first floor, I expected the sound of footsteps above me and some conversations, but sometimes there would be a loud noise like a giant trash compactor. I have no idea what it was, but one morning, it kept sounding off over and over between four and five in the morning. Not a pleasant way to start the day. In fairness, the other three mornings were fine, though I did hear the crunching noise in the afternoons. What the heck was it?

My first contact with Sara was not pleasant. The soonest we could get there was around 8 because of the way the trains were running. She told us we MUST arrive by 7:00 and then there were about 5 more emails going back and forth. She finally said she would stay til 9 but charge us extra. I wasn’t excited to get there. She was relatively pleasant when we got there. We had no more contact with her past that.
It wasn’t until we got there that we realized the rooms were “attached to her business” and to get to our “private” bathroom we had to go out in the hallwAy. Just didn’t like the set up.
The room was incredibly noisy with a supermarket below us moving carts back and forth night and day. The noise also came from other apartments that were designed in a circle...noise from all sides.
Oops, just realized this is what I liked. Should be reverse!
The location was great...not far at all from the train station, groceries and restaurants.

Very, very friendly staff. Lovely apartment in a quiet location. Very well located to explore Umbria with public transportatioon. The room was very pretty. The bed was very comfortable. The location is next to the train station. The Marmore Waterfalls are a 15-minute drive away.
