Very nice host. 50m from apartment is Large, Heated swimming pool, super important for kids. Quiet. Not crowded. Nice terrace. Mini market 100m away.

Very good location in a gated community. Close to shopping center. Nice flat whit a big patio. Very nice hostess that helps whit any problems.

The heating in the pool area hasn’t worked for over 2 years, it’s a bit chilly. If you travel whit children there are not a lot of other kids, mostly elderly people so very quiet area.

Carla was fantastic! She is extremely friendly and communication was excellent; every need was met and the customer service was outstanding! The lounge area, both in and outdoor, is large and comfortable, as is the master bedroom. The apartment is nicely decorated/furnished and clean too. The terrace is exceptional! The apartment is set in a peaceful, gated community with nice pool area and gardens but is only a short walk to the beach and shopping centre - it's perfect! We had the most wonderful week staying here and 100% recommend this apartment others! We can't wait to visit again!

Really nice staff/owner that waited for us in the middle of the night. Big terrace that we used a lot, especially in the evenings. Quiet A/C (was really needed and appreciated during our stay), very close to the pool, local restaurant and mini market. Just a short walk to San Agustin Shopping Centre and a couple of minutes more to Playa de las Burras.

The following are only minor inconveniences that won't prevent us from going there again: To reach the bathroom, those sleeping in the bunk beds had to go through the main bedroom. Very small warm water heater, to compensate the water was extremely hot. Impossible to take a shower without getting half of the bathroom floor wet.
