Perfect for a stay in Cirencester. Much cheaper than some of the hotels nearby and much preferred to have a well-equipped apartment. Easy parking on the road and a very safe and pleasant location. Will recommend.

The place looked exactly as it did in the pictures, very pretty and comfortable.
Nothing, all was excellent!

nice little apartment 5-10 minutes walk from all amenities
lack of parking

Location was brilliant and xx accommodation fine for the two of us
The main problem and would have to seriously have to consider if we were to book again. The flat above us on each of the three mornings that we stayed, we were woken at about 5.30 am with a man’s voice shouting as well as radio on in background. You could hear what he was saying and the abusive language that was being used! It woke both of us up I managed to go back to sleep but my husband who is a lighter sleeper did not. We will be going to Cirencester very often and where we stayed would be ideal for further visits except for the shouting bad language and so early from flat above
A great shame

good location, comfy & well equipped
little hard to park at times, not the apartments fault though really

Location close to town - about 5 minutes walk from the centre. V quiet for the location to town too. Kitchen well equipped.
Parking - even for a tiny car is a challenge on the streets nearby. Be prepared to park and walk.
The hot water hadn't been put on so my shower was a very quick one!

Cosy, clean apartment, in a fantastic location.
You could hear tenant's in the above/below apartments very clearly.
The entrance staircase could do with a revamp.

We had no shower working at all for our two night stay. We contacted them on the first morning to report this and continually told to check various potential causes (each time having to go back and forth to the property as no phone signal there). We kept requesting for someone to come out rather than us try and sort on our holiday. After much insistence we were told someone would come after 5.30pm; we waited until 7.30pm and nobody came. We then messaged when we were out having dinner and were informed that someone had come? No phone call at all however if this was the case. Finally someone did unexpectedly knock on the door at 8am on the day we were due to leave! The shower switch was apparently broken so he said he could repair but had to go to the shop..we were leaving anyway.
No hot water either for 24hours as the hot water switch (located by the front door light switch!) had accidentally been turned off prior to stay. Many previous reviews commenting on this.
We insisted on having a refund for our last night as desperately needed a shower so wanted to find alternative accommodation (our romantic getaway in the cotswolds that we’d been looking forward to!). But that wasn’t granted. We finally, after much complaining after, were offered a ‘goodwill gesture’ of £20!
Really wouldn’t recommend this place..not having a shower for three days is unacceptable and we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable throughout our stay in requesting it be sorted. The customer service was pretty shocking so stay away!

Near to Cirencester could easily walk into town
Not easy to locate. Needs to say look for “The Shop” and enter gated archway near it. Also correct address is 48 Gloucester Street.

The bed was comfortable, and I liked that there were blackout curtains in the bedroom. The washer/dryer, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and other amenities made for a pleasant stay. Nice walking distance into town.
There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. Also, no table or desk...had to use a folding chair for a table. Worst was the upstairs renters the first full week...noisy, poorly behaved, loud, children running and jumping. Second week was OK...after they left.

Lovely well stocked appointments in great location. Very cosy. Near to everything . Walking distance to town . Would go there again.
Just woken up early by banging on the ceiling by children upstairs
Parking can be hard to find it gets very busy on the road.

Fully equipped if needed
Would love to know how the cleaner cleaned the apartment bathroom as the bathroom light did not work
Check in a nightmare cause no emails sent
Call the host anytime what a joke do not answer
Need a better cleaner working there as wrappers around the place
Absolute joke to find smallest sign in the world all I can say is it is a good job you have good people on the street

Better pillows. Entrance into the block of flats is a little run down.
Difficulty in parking.

Property was in a great location, about 5 minute walk away from the centre.
Flat was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the lounge had books and dvds to use.
Hot water didn’t work on the taps despite turning heat on. We had to boil the kettle to wash up.
Parking could be a little tricky at points, but wasn’t a huge issue as there was a car park nearby.

Nothing
It was not worth the money
I got a parking fine outside the building

location was very good. its a small unit but suited our needs.
hot water service wasn't turned on for our arrival, so had to wait until the next day for hot water in the sinks. the shower hot water service is separate to this and we also had to turn this on too, but that is an instant hot water service.
