Situation

A vista é fantastica.

O quarto precisa de reparaçoes e algumas obras. A cama tem uma cova que provocou-me dores nas costas.

Amazing location right on the water front. Very comfortable beds and great shower. Lovely owner. Good coffee in the morning.

Great location with a view of the sunset on the bay. The owner is tres gentil.

Everything was very good, just one needs to know that it can be very noisy at night (people partying) as it was during our stay for one night-but maybe because it was weekend… We had the window open and had a nice fresh ocean breeze, but finally closed the window as the noise continued. We used the AC and it was fine. So really it was a nice place to stay and for good price. Reception was very friendly and also checkout very uncomplicated.

Air con in the different hotel I was sent to

I was called a few minutes before check-in time, and the lady told me that because of some issue with the reservation (even though I had booked 5 months before traveling) they had to move me to a different hotel. I went to the different hotel, and I was told to go to a third hotel and do the check-in by myself since there is no staff in this third hotel. Eventually I ended up getting a room 90 minutes after check-in time (the room in the new hotel wasn't ready), without sea view and with no balcony, in a hotel that is rated much lower than Monte Rosso (and that probably also has a lower price), without any excuse/compensation/whatsoever
