This is a great holiday home. The house was huge for one person and was tucked away in a very quiet street, which I loved. You'll find coffee mugs, glasses, cooking utensils and big bottles of water in a medium-sized fridge, a foldable rack to hand your wet clothes, pairs of slippers, clean towels, a fan, a TV and mountain bicycles you can borrow free of charge. It's close to the beach and not far from 7-11 and the main road where restaurants are.

The house does not have screen door or window and only has 1 A/C unit in the bedroom. So in the evening when bugs and mosquitos are out I had to close all the doors. It would be nice to have either another A/C in the living room or screen doors/windows added.

This is the most wonderful property i have stayed in. The love and care that the owners give is beyond generous and as a single traveler i was in luxury. They left real coffee and 6 large bottles of water and high quality kitchen wear. It is perfect for a couple, children could not respect how much work someone went to to make this perfect little holiday home. You get free decent adult bicycles, the gardens are gorgeous, the pictures of this property do not show how lovely this little house is. It is a mini heaven

There could have been a second fan in the bedroom as i don't like to keep aircon on all night. So i had to.carry the fan all of 10.meters so whaa-whaa i am a big baby

Just as perfect 2nd time around. The property is so peaceful and location is fantastic. Bicycles are provided which is a great bonus.

Very clean, spacious and quiet property. Couple of minutes walk to the beach or shops. Bikes available to use. Air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent. Owner was very helpful and gave useful local information.

There were no issues with the accommodation. There's not a huge selection of restaurants etc nearby but it's just a short taxi to NaiYang beach for a more busy atmosphere if desired.

separate sunny territory with banana and cocos trees around it. Beach is near, clean and beautiful. home is so white and comfortable. there is in home skillet, microwave oven, stove, kettle, plates, falks, spoons, knives, cups and glasses. and safe box. also it was unit of water for drinking, thank you so much for this.

concerning this home - it could be great to have 2 sunbed but not one :) Maikhao beach is placed so far from civilisation and prices here are so high in comparing with other Phuket. the cheapest massage we found costed 450 baht and in Karon beach 200. We couldnt find prawns and tomatoes in markets and shops here. We were looking for home with kitchen willfully and this fact helped us because we found the only cafe to eat. and this cafe were so far from our home, its exhausting to walk away there and even takes a time to go using bike.its good that Thai people friendly, we used google translator to understand each other because in this part of island only few people speak english

The house is quite big, very clean, nice bed, good aircon in the bedroom. Very private, you have only one other unit in the property. Birds chirping :) Beach within walking distance, shops, massage close by. Bikes for free - very convenient if you do not have your own transport. The owner makes sure you have everything you need: water in big quantity, real coffee (!) and a coffee machine, detergent (and two washing machines), fully functional kitchen, toiletries, even some snacks!

The beach is very long and very few people, you have it to yourself, which is great. What I did not like was that it was not as clean as I would have wanted. Great for swimming as gets deep quite quickly, not so great for a baby/toddler. Mosquitoes! But during our 1 month stay in Phuket, they were almost everywhere Having to go around the airport every time we wanted to go south. Something to keep in mind when planning trips with a baby whose patience is limited to 30 min max 🤭

Sawasdee ka :) This is a lovely guest house with super generous hosts and walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Jumpot, the host, was super accessible if I ever had a question, and even personally gave me a ride to the airport when I departed. They supplied more than enough bottled water, good espresso, and coffee for my entire stay, plus a box of cookies and juices when I arrived. The bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, shower gel, even a toothbrush if you needed one. The shower was hot with good pressure. The house is even more spacious than it appears in the photos with lovely energy, lots of light, and effective black-out curtains in the bedroom. Their Netflix, HBO, and Disney accounts were available to access on the tv which was a nice bonus. There's a new, clean washer on the property to use which was greatly appreciated-- they even supplied little packets of liquid laundry detergent. I'm telling you friends, so generous. One of my favorite parts of staying here was they supplied an awesome bike to use! I highly recommend exploring the island on bike-- it's super accessible. Khob kuhn ka, Jumpot. I will be coming back!

I was very happy with my stay overall so this is merely a suggestion! Perhaps you could consider adding a few screens- at least one at the main door, and one in the living room window. There were many days the weather was just so lovely and temperate that there was no need for AC. I would've loved to have opened the doors or windows to let fresh air in and cool it down but that would've let in bugs. With screens, no need to use the AC every day, but lots of fresh air!

Location was good not far from Mai khao beach.Quite area. We were rent a scooter for a few day then could check out around this area . The owner was helpful with everything. Will definitely come back!! 🥰
