Me encantó el trato del personal, el hotel limpio, y el desayuno muy bueno. Tienen la opción de llevarte en la camioneta del hotel, 10 km a la redonda a la hora que lo ocupes. El conductor es genial!

Que Booking tardará más de 20 minutos en hacer mi reserva, ya que llegue y tuve que esperar y la otra que el hotel tenía descompuesta la impresora del lobby, siendo que es un hotel cuatro estrellas.

La habitación pequeña pero de lo más cómoda, las vistas de ambos lados del hotel súper lindas, me sentía como en casa, nos resolvían súper rápido cualquier duda o si ocupábamos algo, el personal profesional, excelente.
El desayuno un poco artificial.

La ubicación hay que entrar por una calle oscura. Las vistas hacia un almacén de construcción.

El sistema de televisión pésimo ni un sólo canal se mira

Las instalaciones están perfectas en muy buenas condiciones
Todo estuvo bien
La única área de oportunidad que veo es en la forma de ser de todo el personal suelen ser muy serios, excepto las camaristas el resto del personal si fue bastante serio y el personal de la cadena marriot se caracteriza por ser trabajadores muy cálidos, amables.
Pero quiero resaltar el hecho de que eran buenos trabajadores y resolutivos únicamente sería cambiar su actitud más amena y no tan fríos para que como huésped te sientas más cómodo

the location was perfect to go out an walk through the city, there were a lot of interesting places near the hotel and it was easy to go out an walk through the streets to any destination
the only bad thing was that breakfast was very repetitive, I know that city express is not recognized by his diversity on the meals, but you could improve that a little bit
