Erinomainen sijainti ja ystävällinen omistaja. Suosittelen majoitusta kaikille.

Erinomainen sijainti, kaikki lähellä. Kaupat, ranta, ravintolat, vanha kaupaunki. Erityiskiitokset täytyy antaa omistajalle. Alusta asti, kun varaus oli tehty, hän oli meihin yhteydessä ja piti ajan tasalla kaikista asioista. Hän yllätti meidän myös pääsiäisenä, kyseli viikon aikana miten kaikki sujuu. Saatiin myös ilmaisen check outin, mikä oli positiivinen yllätys. Omistaja järjesti meille lentokenttäkuljetukset. Matkan jälkeenkin kyseli kuulumisia. Toivotti meidät tervetulleiksi uudelleen.

Meitä oli 4 ystävää matkassa. Olisi pitänyt olla jokaisella omat avaimet. Nyt oli hieman hankalaa sopia, kenellä avaimet ja miten tullaan sisälle. Suihkun kaivo ei vetänyt vettä, sen kanssa oli hieman vaikeuksia. Ravintoloiden meteli myös kuului huoneistoon, mutta siitä me tiedettiin jo etukäteen.

A modern flat with a welcoming feeling!

The apartment was spacious and clean. It felt almost new, the decoration was nice and there were all kinds of facilities in the kitchen (including a washing machine and a dishwasher). Everything worked well. There are three bedrooms (of which one can be used as a dining room), a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony surrounding the flat. The host was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The location is just perfect: 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the old town. There are lots of restaurants nearby and also a decent supermarket.

The only small minus is a noisy bar below, but the noise won't last the whole night. After the bar is closed, it's quiet and nice.

Exceptional

This is a lovely, bright, clean apartment in a great location. You can walk to the beach, shops and the old town easily. Nikos, the owner, is a super kind and friendly host. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even took us to the port for our early ferry. I highly recommend staying here

This apartment is pretty, very functional and very well located. Nikos is a wonderful host, available, kind, good advice throughout our stay. Nikos, thank you very much for everything, for taking care of us…. and the amazing moussaka !!!!

Everything was nice and smooth and the owner was extremely nice.

the owner is very nice and responsive and puts all his care into the apartment and the guests. Great location even if a bit noisy at night. Flat is very comfortable with children as well.

Location is excellent if you want to be in the centre of the new city. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is on the 2nd floor and there is a lift.

amazing holiday

apartment was very nice, very clean, modern. Apartment in very good location. Amazing beds for sleeping. From the sea just few minutes to walk. Apartment is in the center of the both side of sea. The best experience was getting to know the owner of that apartment. You will not often can meet such a good and helpful person as NIKOS MANISKAS. thank you very much for all what you did for us!!!

The host was very welcoming & went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the moment we arrived he showed us around the beautiful apartment and bought necessities for us like bread, cheese, ham, drinks etc. Throughout our stay he kept in touch to make sure everything was OK & even brought us & our children breakfast surprise one of the days. The apartment was spotless & perfect for a family of 5 as the location is great as your right by the beach. Elli beach is amazing. We will definitely be back and will look to book this apartment again!

Excellent place to stay for a few days in Rhodes.

Very comfy beds, modern room with all amenities and really close to the beach and the city center. Host was very helpful and communicative. Would go again!

A gem

Nikos is really a great host. He really made us (family of 4) feel like kings. I injured my leg a day before arrival, so I cancelled my rent-a-car. He immediately offered to help us with transportation. When leaving, he offered us to stay in the apartment until our flight (which was at 7pm) free of charge. He also made an excellent mousaka for us :) Apartment is really beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It is always nice to see airco in every room :), but we didn't expect a TV set in every room too. But the best part about apartment are the beds, they are amazing - firm and making no sounds when you move. Location of the apartment is great: less then 5 minutes to the biggest Rhodes town beaches, around 10 minutes to Rhodes old town. There are a lot of restaurants around (Stavlos was our favorite). All in all, a great experience made even better by an amazing host. We will come again :) Full recommendation.

Superb

I was traveling with friends. We really appreciate owner’s kindness and help with finding a transport, we got all the information we requested. We felt more than welcome! Communication with Mr Nikos was great, during and before our stay. Once we got home cooked food ! The apartment was very clean with all necessary facilities, in great location, near to the beach and to the old town. I hope to come back there some day :)
