Warm welcome from the owner & friendly neighbours :)
We stayed at the unit on the top floor and love the beautiful scenery, sunset, stargazing at night and the singing birds. Some were curious and came really close. The unit (nr 4 including a bathtub) was enough for the three of us. Since there were no other guests during our stay, we had the property for our own and we could check out a bit later :) Antonia was really helpful and offered her help if needed.
(You still can hear the cars and construction, but this did not bother us. Since we live in a big city centre ourselves. Since this location is not located in the city centre a rental car was convenient for us (credit card required), but you can also call for an Uber/taxi as well, depending on the distance quite cheap ~€3,- to the mall and ~€25,- to the airport)
Sometimes there was an odd smell, during the day. So we had to close the windows. We were out for most of the days so it was not an issue, but good to consider this.

We had an amazing time at Apartmani Lucante, Antonija was a great host so welcoming and helpful! She ensured we had the best time, and helped us with local things like going to shops and recommending restaurants for dinner. She was always available to help and checked in on us, thank you for having us and we hope to come again! The pool area is great, and having the property split into 3 apartments with each it’s own bathrooms and kitchens is a huge help for a big group like us. 100% recommend to stay here.
It would be good to have a supermarket In walking distance but it was easy to head to Konzum by Uber too.

Place was good. Close to old town by car.
Especially view from terrace was perfect.

The perfect place to stay when you want to catch the ferry and sleep over in Split! The apartment is situated outside the city centre, but easily accessible by car which can be safely parked in the spacious garden. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The surrounding is beautiful with a lovely garden where you can take some rest from your journey. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking for a peaceful place to sleep over in Split! It can also be a peaceful place for a longer stay, if you are ready to drive to the city centre.
