It was clean on arrival .
Sofa bed legs broken soon as bed was made up by property helper .

Great location with nice views, great television with access to youtube and netflix, and aircon was nice and cool in the two rooms it was in and easy to use.
Was difficult to access pool area with few directions in English and the key being a bit temperamental. Also the kitchen got extremely hot when the aircon was on as the extractor fan is in the kitchen.
