Es un apartamento “muy cuco” con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta.

Salia un olor muy desagradable del baño a cloaca durante todo el dia. No pasamos mucho tiempo en el apartamento (solo para dormir) y lo pudimos sobrellevar pero no era nada agradable.

Location was not bad.

We did not get two singles size beds. Neigbour was noisy(not sound proof). Old and not clean.

El departamento no se parecía a las fotos de Booking, era muy cerrado, daba a patios internos, si se abrían las ventanas se sentía olor a comida o voces. Informamos que no funcionaba un ventilador de techo y nunca lo arreglaron.

Zoals al heel vaak beschreven: perfecte ligging, zo goed als midden in de oude stad, maar enorm rustig. Nooit iets van geluidsoverlast gehad. Heel proper

Als ik toch iets moet zeggen: - uitzicht niet op de voorkant = 4 ramen die openen in een luchtschacht. Hierdoor weinig natuurlijk licht - Geen gezellige lichten (typische TL-buis-achtig licht wat je veel in mediterane landen hebt) Maar wees eerlijk: hoe vaak zit je (wakker) op je verblijfplaats in Valencia: 's avonds laat en 's ochtends als je opstaat en hel misschien bij het ontbijt; alhoewel dat ook perfect kan op een van de vele gezellige pleintjes, of recht tegenover het appartement.

Die Lage ist sensationell und man kann viel zu Fuß machen. Es empfiehlt sich allerdings, nach einem Zimmer "hinten raus" zu fragen, da es insbesondere am Morgen doch sehr laut ist.

Wir hatten zwischenzeitlich versucht Kontakt aufzunehemen. Wir konnten z.B. die Deckenventalitoren nicht einschalten, leider haben wir keine Antwort bekommen.

L’emplacement est vraiment central pour visiter Valence. Tout est faisable à pied. La rue est calme le soir car les restaurants ferme vers 23 h. C’est appréciable.

Les ustensiles de cuisine sont vraiment limités. Les fenêtres devraient désormais être changées.

Friendly team on the reception desk . The location was perfect , 3 minutes walk from a metro station , on the edge of the old town and everywhere is walkable . The apartment was lovely especially the balconies overlooking the cafes below.

The access was by myself, as the staff left me all the information needed to enter. Communication was perfect and precise. Location is super, into the city center, so close to Historical Center, Cathedral, and so other many tourist points, and in a pedestrian street (so no noise during the night). You can reach it by metro from the airport and metro is far only 5 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean, and they can change towels every day if you ask for that. Bedroom, bathroom were ok. We have not used the kitchen so I do not know if it had everything you need. We were four people, so two in the bedroom and two on the sofa. Sofa was comfortable, maybe a little bit small for two people. I have not used WIFI but it was available in the apartment. Down the apartment you can find several places were you can have breakfast.

Breakfast included would be super. Bed sofa a little bit small for two people, because we were not a couple and we maybe would have prefered to stay a little bit larger.

I had a wonderful experience with this property. I was traveling with two children, and they kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby while our room was being cleaned. They had presents for my children and were overall very welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience. It's clear that they care about customer service.

I think the property was perfect. The apartment was modern, very clean, and had everything you needed for a family and if you wanted to cook in. I have no complaints.

Good be a little loud

The quality of the apartment and its location , once we had found it, are superb and beautifully equipped. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within a 2 minutes walk.

Unfortunately the directions are quite useless without an efficient google maps enabled mobile phone . The texted instructions make no reference to its principle location markers such as the estacion del nord and the arena de toros. Highlighting various shops is not effective for evening arrivals and although there several underground car parks they are not identified in the apartment information.

Great location, very good price for this standard and location. 100% Recommended to everyone who looking for great location apartament for good value of money in Valencia. The location and the rooms

There is only one bathroom in the place however it didnt really affect us that much. Overall would definitely book again

Perfect location, close to everything. 2 rooms with double beds (one bigger that the other one) and also a sofa-bed in the living. I didn't cook but the kitchen seems to have a lot of cookware. It also has a good self-check if you are arriving late like it was on my case.
