hard to get suitcases up stairs

The property was compact but well placed for visiting Nice, the old town, the port and the tram

the compact size meant it was difficult to find enough place to store belongings for 5 people

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed or wanted. The location was great--in the heart of everything, yet very quiet.

The apartment was in centre of Old Nice.We were greeted by Mathidle who was very friendly and told us all the things we needed to know about the apartment. Being in the centre you are meters away from all the wonderful restaurants and bars. Although the apartment was in the centre it was very quiet and safe. Great place to stay.

There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe a few spare sheets for the beds as it is very warm.

The localisation js perfect; the appartment js clean.

It was a bit cold but this is due mainly to the old buildings near the sea.

Parking in Nice is really expensive nearby parking garages charge 25-29€/day in August

I liked the location. I appreciated the flat being clean

I didn't like the entrance and stairs. I found it initially very spooky. Accepted it after awhile. The rat boxes on the landings suggested a problem with vermin although there was no evidence as such and the flat had no indication at all of this problem. It is very modern and clean inside. I couldn't get the top part of the oven working. I would have slept on the mezzanine but because their is no room to stand at all I couldn't crawl to be on the hands and knees and be in this claustrophobic space. The sofa bed was alright but not what I wanted for a holiday. It was very hard.
