Comes with fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Double garage with internal access. Ample parking for cars or boat. Use of kayaks. Large DVD library and games suitable for adults and children. Close to outstanding surf beach and estuary. Enjoy beautiful coastal walks, great fishing, diving, access to boat ramps - filleting bench provided for your convenience. Ideal for family or group holidays. Enjoy an amazing seaside experience with great facilities, spacious living, expansive sea views, all designed to help you escape from the hustle and bustle Special conditions: Special conditions: Minimum stay of 2 nights except during public holidays/long weekends when the minimum stay is 3 nights, min stay requirements for Dec/Jan on application. Provided: Super King bed linen, Pillows, duvet inners, duvet covers, spare blankets, tea towel and dish clothes. Please bring with you: Your own linen including - sheets, pillow cases, bath towels. This is a smoke free environment both inside and outside. Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); Linen (Optional, NZ$25.00 per person);

Really appreciated the house. It was perfect and a great location.

Had everything we needed and more. Location was close to the beach, beds were comfy and had a good range to accommodate my extended family. Kitchen had everything we needed to make cooking a breeze. Loved the outdoor shower so didn't have sand going all through the house. Glynis was lovely, very prompt at replying to a couple of my questions. Look forward to coming back.

Excellent location and well supplied house. Perfect for our needs. Would not hesitate to stay again but would stay longer next time. Communication excellent. Greatly appreciated the Christmas tree.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ruakākā! It’s a stunning house and location and it was perfect for 14 of us! It’s very well equipped, especially in the kitchen which was perfect for cooking and entertaining.

This is a great place for a group of friends, or larger extended family. Lots of bedrooms, spacious and very well appointed kitchen, open plan dining & living area opening onto decks with a sea view. Highly recommended.

The location of the Bach was incredible. The kitchen had everything you could need. The Bach had so much space for 3 families so that kids and adults could spread out and enjoy time hanging out. The beach and dairy are within minutes walking distance. We will definitely return.

Great place to celebrate our son's wedding and for the groomsmen and family to stay. Heaps of beds so single adults did not have to share

What a fabulous place to stay in. Caters to all ages and space where you're not on top of each other. Bikes, paddle boards and kayaks at the ready, with a short walk to the beach. Everything you need and more to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable

This property was an excellent place for us 1942ers to celebrate a belated 80th birthday with our partners as well. Lovely walks on the beach, after the cyclone, and not too far from Whangarei for us to explore the Town Basin etc. Good eating cafes and restaurants in the area as well.

Lovely big property. Very close to the beach with a walkway right next to the house. Lovely sea view. Lots of toys, dvds and games to keep everyone entertained. We’ll be back.

Our family spent another summer holiday here and we just love it. Im pretty sure we have all agreed to return here for family holiday 2024 if we are able to. It fits our family perfectly and everyone has such a wonderful and relaxing time. Thankyou Glynis for providing such a great holiday home😊😊

What a great little (well big) gem this is. A Beautiful, spacious home with a great big kitchen and dining for enjoying meals together. Although not right on the beach, there is a sea view and an easy walk from the house.
It was my 60th the Saturday before so it was nice to spend this quiet time together with my children before going back to Oz.
I highly recommend this beautiful getaway and I'm going to make it one of our regular destination when I'm back in NZ.

Amazing Location and Property
The property was beautiful and right next to Ruakaka beach with lovely views out to the ocean and surroundings. It was conveniently located for activities in Whangerai and Waipu which we made the most of. The house itself was lovely inside and had all the amenities we could ask for. We would highly recommend staying here again and we thank Glynis for her help and good communication.
