Outdoor living is very much the focus of this home. The home comes with a large Gas BBQ plus outdoor sink area with outdoor refrigerator to store ice cold drinks for the ultimate poolside convenience. In keeping with the outdoor living focus of this home, the property has a heated in-pool spa and freeform pool as a wonderful backdrop to your stay. We do not charge extra for spa heat which is included in our rates. The lanai is also landscaped with tropical plants to enhance the beauty of the whole area. This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! There is a sign in the house that says “It doesn’t get better than this” and I thought that rang true for us. The pool and the pool table are the two spots we spent most of our time when at the house. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and eat. The mattresses are very comfortable. We also went to the beach and borrowed the umbrella in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property manager was easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent this house again!

This house is as advertised, both inside and out. It is in a very quiet and reassuring neighborhood and provided such a comfortable place to stay for our 8 nights. The interior is modern and clean with so many furnishings/accessories provided for cooking in, and the outdoor pool/hot tub/lanai/boat dock areas are amazing. The property is extremely convenient with ease of access to shopping, restaurants/bars, etc. The communication with the property management team was absolutely first rate, as were both the check in and check out processes.
Five stars all the way around, and we definitely hope to return for another stay.

The house was everything we expected and much more. We travel to Cape Coral two times a year and this was one of our favorite houses...we will return again next year. Thank you for making more beautiful memories!

Comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, family friendly price. We had all the info needed to understand how to operate the home features. We had a couple issues with house and the property managers were quick to respond and took care of the issues.

My wife and enjoyed a quick trip to Cape Coral and this property. It is located near great food options like Rum Runners and Lobster Lady. The pool area is very nice and relaxing with a great view of the canal. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood so it was everything we needed.

Our family had a great stay. Property manager let us know before our arrival of an outside bathroom issue. That had no affect on our stay or the wonderful time our family had by the pool. The outside area was the hit spot for our kids, well the adults too! We will be returning!!!

This property is everything it says and more! We stayed here with friends 2 years ago and we were excited to be able to stay here again, this time for 2 weeks. There is plenty of room for everyone and the furniture is so comfortable. Plenty of room to shoot pool, play cards, do puzzles and play games.The kitchen has everything you need and then some. It's nice to be able to cook and chat with others at the same time. Communication with management is A+ and quick and pleasant to talk with. Neighborhood is nice with shopping just a short trip away. Pool area and spa are wonderful, with plenty of room to lounge in the sun or sit at the large table for outdoor dining and games in the shade with the lanai fans going. House has an umbrella and chairs in case you want to go to the beach ( we visited Sanibel a few times ) . Had a small issue with spa not blowing bubbles and that was quickly handled. We plan on staying here again as this has become our Florida vacation home of choice by all. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The home itself was clean and also stocked with the proper necessities. The backyard view was beyond peaceful and breathtaking. Neil and keely were on point with responding to any questions without hesitation. Thank you again

Wonderful home!
This home is absolutely wonderful! Clean beyond words, amenities as described and more! Plenty of cook ware, spices, coffee, filters, and a great blender!( foodie ninja) We rented a boat and were able to dock at the house, so awesome! Tons of restaurants near by! Host is wonderful, and was very responsive to our evey question!

Everything was spot on, My only gripe was the master bedroom mattress is toast and very uncomfortable. Very nice home, great location to everything.

Perfect in every way. House was equipped with everything you need and beyond. Locations is perfect, every store, bar, restaurant and marina is with in 5-10 drive. Weather was perfect during our stay. Definitely recommend, true 5 star property , management, and location.

Since we stayed just over two weeks, we got to know the area quite well and enjoyed the local parks, playgrounds and local library that allows out of state visitors to checkout books for a small fee. We highly recommend Everglade Gardens and the Naples Botanical Gardens if you're looking for beautiful outdoor places to visit.

We loved our stay! The property management was great and responsive when we had questions. The back lanai was incredible! We really enjoyed it. Using the garage was a nice perk! Sanibel Island was about 35-55 mins away so not too bad.

When we arrived we found the property exactly as listed. After exploring, we found that every thing we could have wanted was available. From random seasonings in the spice cabinet, books and videos, to a beach umbrella and chairs. We are already talking about a return trip. The property is amazing and the neighborhood/ location is fantastic.

We enjoyed this beautiful home! It was gorgeous but also very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and beautiful view of canal. Relaxing in the lanai we watched fish jump in canal and pairs of ducks swimming. Hubby enjoyed fishing off dock and caught and released a huge catfish. This location was close enough to go see sunset and collect shells at Sanibel Island and also Fort Myers Beach. We hated to leave this paradise! Great vacation!

The house is beautiful, exactly as listed. Loved being able to park in the garage. The location is perfect for what we needed. The pool was the best part!!! We came in December and we were able to control the heater on the pool, we had it nice and warm. For no extra charge!

The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything that you could need. Absolutely beautiful screened lanai with heated pool and hot tub. Nice view. There were dolphins right out front one day. Had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We will definitely plan to come back!

Great experience will be back.
Property was in good location. We rented a pontoon and went on the river. Great experience on the channel. Cousin loved the area so much he is thinking of buying land and building for retirement. Pool in back was nice and weather was awesome.

Great stay in Cape Coral
The house was perfect for us - spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were great and the controls for them were very easy to use. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and convenient to many restaurants and stores. The property manager was very easy to work with.

Paradise
This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! We only left the house one time the whole week. My children loved the pool and my husband caught many fish in the canal! Keely and Neil are wonderful to answer questions and address concerns or issues immediately! We are planing on returning next year!

Great Getaway!
Everything went very smooth from booking to check out. We stayed 6 nights with 4 adults and a 1 and 3 year old and had a great time. We spent most of our vacation at the house and there was more than enough room for everyone. There was an ant problem the first day or so but we sprayed day 2 and it wasn’t an issue the rest of the trip. Would definitely stay here again!
