This property is lovely with fantastic water views. It has a new bathroom which is well stocked with bathroom products for guests. Kitchen is small, but doable. It is peaceful with visiting wildlife which makes for a relaxing stay. Overall this property is well worth a visit. Janet Thompson

Home away from home, everything you need and more, definitely goes above and beyond. Very welcoming of our fur babies, they quickly felt at home. The communication with Jeanette was faultless, a very kind and considerate host, thank you so much Jeanette for helping make our short stay so relaxing and perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful relaxing stay and the dogs loved it😊

Place was just as shown in the pictures. Once we got the keys and opened the shutters, the rest of our experience was a beautiful one in Jeannette's property. It was a relaxing stay where we could just stay at the property enjoying the beautiful view of lake and the birds who came to enjoy the seeds. It was also a convenient location for us to enjoy the nearby attractions such as Merimbula, Eden, Tathra and Pambula at our own pace. Our little pooch enjoyed the stay too. We would gladly recommend this place to any family who would like to get either a relaxing holiday with the family or an adventurous one with all water sports and mountain climbing nearby. Jeannette's prompt responsive character made our stay easier and much more enjoyable. Thank you Jeannette.

Loved our stay and Jeanette is just so cool. Beautiful views, space, and privacy. Especially loved watching the kangaroos jumping around and the little joeys ... so cute. Thanks so much Jeanette! Would recommend a stay here it was very peaceful.

We loved it. The property has everything you need and is in a great location. Beds very comfortable. Jeanette was an extremely welcoming host. We would highly recommend exploring the Ben Boyd National Park with its wonderful beaches and forests only 10 minutes or so away. The views over the lake are lovely. The location is quiet and peaceful but only a short drive from shops at Pambula and Merimbula.

The peace, privacy and position of this cottage on acreage fronting Pambula Lake is a delight for guests and pets alike. A perfect holiday home to relax and enjoy the views, yet very close to Eden, Pambula and Merimbula for parks, beaches, eateries and shops. We highly recommend it!

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Comfortable and user friendly. A true home away from home. I've already booked a return!

Very laid back, comfortable place with all the creature comforts of home. Thanks Jeannette for the beautiful bottle of wine as a welcome present. We were concerned about the lack of a front fence, but the dogs enjoyed running in the front paddock and it was perfectly safe for them. Recommend oysters from Pambula and the ambience of the property is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

A tranquil location where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Broadwater, interacting with nature whilst tasting local delicacies like Broadwater Oysters and Longstocking Pale Ale. Fantastic location to explore the surrounding areas of Bega, Eden, Tilba Tilba and Tathra.

House is nice and cozy,beds are comfy, and all linen supplied.The view , birds and kangaroos are fantastic.Will be coming back at first opportunity.

I loved Thistle Dome so much, I just didn't want to leave. The property was everything I thought it would be. What I noticed the most is the tranquillity and peacefulness of the place. I could sit for hours just watching the lake and admiring the view. If you need a holiday to recharge and press reset then this is your destination. The hospitality was outstanding. I arrived after a 5 hour drive to a beautiful bottle of champagne, cheese and biscuits and a dog bed and bowl for my travelling companion Bob. The shower is up there with the best I have ever had, the beds are incredibly comfortable and for the coffee and tea fanatics - there is a coffee machine with pods, plunger coffee, loose tea leaves and a tea pot. Whilst the property is out of town you are not more than 10 mins from most things, Eden, Pambula and the beaches. I loved every bit of my stay and I will be back on a regular basis.
