Craig the owner is a gem

We had a lovely welcome from Craig and the room was clean, quiet and relaxing. Short walk to the town and station which we liked. We had assumed breakfast was included. We should have read the details as it was clearly stated. Had a lovely time in Exmouth.

The location was ideal and near enough to walk where we wanted to go. Craig was very friendly and most helpful and full of information to share. Everything was very clean and the room was lovely. Breakfasts were great!

Our room was at the top of the house so there were a lot of steps to climb hard after a day on our feet! There was no blind in the bathroom which was fine during the day but we felt rather exposed when it got darker and we had to put on the light.

Location was located within walking distance from train station....made my travel easy.

Beautiful house, situated not too far from the centre of Exmouth making it an easy walk in. Incredibly clean, comfortable and elegant rooms. Craig is such a friendly, attentative and welcoming hosts. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

The location was ideal for our south west coast path walk. There was parking on site & our host very kindly allowed us to leave our car for additional days to help us out with our walk of the coast path.

Rooms are very comfy, the staff, Craig and Theresa are fantastic, very friendly and professional! Highly recommend for the quality guest house it is and exceptional staff and briefings which are helpful and very informative, we will be visiting again as felt very welcomed nd made to feel at home. Location perfect. A short walk into town where lots of bars and restaurants can be found. They go the extra mile which is what we wanted for our trip! We felt looked after, safe, relaxed and treated!

Beautiful interior design, close to the town centre and short walk to the beach, huge rooms, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, fantastic food and the owners - Theresa and Craig are just amazing people and so welcoming and full of decent advice around places to go etc. Hope to return in the near future as service was phenomenal. The room was very clean and good size, everything you need. Good location and near to centre. Gary was absolutely lovely and brilliant.

Everything from the moment I walked in till I walked out. Very clean, comfortable, homely, outstanding hosts, food, beds and accommodation exceeded expectations. Splendid place. Would recommend to everyone and so close to the beach and town.
