The Northport house features 1300 ft of open concept living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living space, dining room, and office nook in kitchen for all your computer needs. This house also has its own, non shared/ free, washer/dryer in its own laundry/mud room . Beautifully remodeled kitchen with lots of space for tons of food and drinks as well room for all the kitchen essentials and more. The living room also features a full/queen sleeper sofa. Linens, pillows, blankets, towels, and an extra set of each item are included and can be found in the bedroom closets. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized oven/stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the cooking essentials you can imagine. You’ll also enjoy large smart TVs (bring your own Netflix password!) in the living room and in each bedroom, and free private WiFi internet access throughout the property. The bathroom is right in between the two bedrooms, and includes a full-sized walk-in shower. Off the great room near the dining area is the amazing balcony with ocean view, from which to enjoy coffee until it’s time to enjoy cocktails! Downstairs in the main entry vestibule (which doubles as a sandy-towel-hanging-spot) you’ll have use of private laundry facilities and a built-in storage closets for your extra stuff. Outside, you can enjoy the large, and beautifully lit pool and spa! Relax in the pool until you’re hungry, grill up your favorite flavors on the provided grills, and then dig in poolside. Each unit is provided its own outdoor seating/dining area, but there is also a shared cabana area in which to put your feet up. A shared garage is available for storage of (provided) beach & pool accessories (or your own bicycles, if you travel with them) and you have designated private parking. If you’ve been at the beach, there is also an outdoor shower just off the front porch, to rinse sandy feet and buckets. ***Our property consists of several houses on one property all surrounding the pool , spa , cabana, outdoor cooking and common area. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people for events such as beach weddings, family reunions, as well as other types of events or gatherings with multiple smaller parties wanting to be at the same property.
