About this condo rental
Nestled in Cattaraugus, this lovely condo for £62 per night is a great option for your next trip. Renovated ski-in/out condo located next to the SnowPine lift @ Holiday Valley. Walk to the Sunrise lift. 1 private & 1 loft bedroom. Kitchen has new stainless appliances & is well appointed. Living room has 55” Roku TV, gas fireplace & sliding door to covered patio. Easy keyless entry. Parking (2 cars winter weekends/holidays), WiFi, A/C, cable TV & in-unit laundry included. Conveniently located minutes from town. Beautiful views overlooking the ski hill & golf course. The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. This lift is a day lift and can be weather dependent. Its normal hours of operation are from the opening of the resort (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays) to about 4pm during the ski season. If you are looking for some night skiing you can easily get to the Sunrise lift which is a day and night lift by walking to the end of the development and walking about 30 yards past the outdoor pull up bars about 30 yards to the tree line. You should be able to see blue lift through the trees. It's no more than 1 minute to SnowPine and a 5 minute walk to Sunrise. To get back to the condo you can take the Last Chance or Catwalk trails which are lit at night. It's recommended you look at a map of the resort to get familiar with these lifts and trails before you arrive.

This is a fully renovated one bedroom plus loft unit that was perfect for my family of five (one being an infant). It was close to the hill and had all the amenities we needed for a three night stay. Check in and out was seamless. Thanks for having us!

The place was great for a March Break stay. We loved the proximity to the ski lift for ski in/out access every morning. Easy access to town for dinner/essentials. Owner was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We had a great time.

Clean, nicely appointed slopeside condo at Holiday Valley. Easy check in/out. Gas fireplace was great after long day skiing. Kids loved their own space in the loft. Includes a ski locker just outside the unit. Unit is truly ski in/ski out when the Snowpine lift is running. Otherwise guests can walk to an access point across Catwalk and ski down to the Sunrise lift, or drive/take shuttle to lodge. Great dining options within five minute drive in Ellicottville.

This condo was the perfect size and in the perfect location for our family (2 adults and 2 children under 10). The condo was very clean and well stocked to prepare all meals right there in the kitchen. We used the electric grill on the deck just about every day. Skiing in/out with the Snowpine Chair Lift was incredibly easy and convenient. It was our second time staying here and we cannot wait for next year.

Comfy beds, nice kitchen, plenty of towels and all the basic necessities provided, including coffee filters! Plenty of room for our kids to hang out in the loft. The kitchen has both a refrigerator and small drink fridge. Our family of 5 was very comfy!

Enjoyable for all
Our family of four had a wonderful weekend at this lovely condo. My husband and I slept downstairs while our two kids loved having the loft all for themselves (they were especially delighted the room had a TV with Disney+ and a Nintendo gaming system for their entertainment). The condo had everything we needed to eat-in so we could cook/prepare food right there. It was delightful sitting out on the deck and the area was so tranquil in Spring! We found trails to hike, parks to explore, and the restaurants wonderful in town. This condo is a really great place for a weekend getaway both in ski season and off-season as well!

Mini Vacay
We have been wanting to get away for a few days this summer after being stuck at home for so long, so we decided to take the kids down to Cattaraugus County. Finding this little chalet was quite the find, and fit our family perfectly. Check in/out was simple, the place was clean, and communication was quick and easy with the owner. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay, we hope to come back again soon!
