Very nice property. Had a minor issue with the TV upon check-in and received help within 30 minutes. About a 10 minute walk to the Disney monorail/Downtown Disney and about a 15 minute walk to the Disney entrances. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Disneyland.

This property was easily within walking distance of Disneyland and was very clean. Those were by far the two most important things for this trip and for my family. We really appreciated the Disney theming as well. We had a couple issues during our stay but the host was very responsive and made it right. Would recommend to a friend.

Short walk to Disney Trams or the Monorail at Downtown Disney made this a convenient location for us. Unit was clean and lots of extra amenities like strollers and umbrellas. Kitchen was well stocked. Dishwasher didn’t work well. We were hoping for a little more usable outdoor space, but we weren’t there much so it wasn’t really an issue. Challenge to find but once we were there it was great. The unit is located in a large and confusing complex. Management was very quick to respond when we couldn’t find the parking spot on arrival. Overall this worked well for our party of six. We would stay again.

We had a lovely time at this clean, cheerful, comfortable, relaxing, fun setting. The beds and the couch were great, comfortable, and the couch was huge, the paint and decorations were really fun, everything worked really well, everything prepared in advance really well. Find the directories outside the building to find the unit and the pool. We loved both the pool and the hot tub, which was quite spacious, both! From a certain angle by the pool you can see fireworks. Everything looked very well-kept, clean, safe, and the system for getting in and out was fine. The only one thing that wasn't perfect were the directions to the tram, which were done by Google Earth picture with arrows, whereas it would have been good to have written directions to go with it and a GPS address to put in for walking, because we got confused and none of the 3 of us could figure it out, because I think part of it was through a parking garage but it wasn't clear how to navigate that. That said, the location was awesome! Even without the tram there (which we found going back, but couldn't locate to go to the park), the walk wasn't terrible, going down to and then through Downtown Disney. It was so convenient to not have to drive anywhere! Door Dash even delivered.
This is a perfect compliment to a Disney vacation. We also really appreciated all the communication with e-mails and texts leading up to it, and as needed while we were there. Thank. you for fantastic stay! Highly recommend!!!

We had a lovely time. The location was excellent and everything was very clean. The unit was a little on the small size but I thought the host made excellent use of the available space. There were a good amount of amenities but we were at the parks so often we didn't get a chance to use a lot of them. My only complaint was that we noticed a large hole in the garage wall when we checked in and the fridge filter needed replacing. We had brought our own water so that wasn't an issue for us. Overall, we had a very positive experience and the host was very communicative with us.

We were looking for a place close to Disneyland that is safe and clean. Funtierland delivered Under The Sea and it was perfect! The condo is a little older and the outside appearance could be helped by updating, but the inside was clean, reasonably furnished and in good working order. I would definitely stay here again! FYI, this was our first time renting in this area and there are some local ordinances about quiet time and how many people can be in the condo, but Funtierland explained those thoroughly before our stay.

It was good overall. We noticed spiderwebs and cobwebs in the ceiling corners and in the master bedroom ceiling rafters. I also noticed the downstairs bathroom cold faucet knob was really loose and needs to be addressed. The upstairs windows did not have a lock on them and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy and made me worry for my kids a bit. But overall, it was good.

We enjoyed the property and how convenient it was to getting to Disney. We had fun with the kids in the playground and the house had all the amenities of home. We would stay here again.

Overall, I was pretty torn about this review. The walkability to Disney is perfect. We stayed in another unit in this complex 2 year ago, and I liked it better than this one. This one is in an odd location - you have to really search for it and then drop your stuff off. You either park in the main lot or a sketchy garage. We opted for the main lot because the garage door opener stopped working on the second day. Glad it was when our car was out.
It’s run by an odd company that gives you too much information but also not the right information. There was no Verizon cell service at this unit and I wished I had saved the check in instructions because it led to a difficult check in.
All the major stuff was FINE in this unit. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were functional. All the smaller stuff was just lacking. There were random chips and holes in the walls all over, the curtain rod in the kids bedroom fell out of the wall several times while we were there, the fridge filter still hadn’t been changed as mentioned in a prior review, and the kids bedroom window was a mess. When I inquired about the window leak prior to arrival, I was told it was not repaired but “don’t worry, it’s not going to rain while you’re here.” I don’t appreciate that response and it’s not an acceptable situation. There was stucco falling off all around the window. Further, the batteries didn’t work in the remotes, the patio indeed has broken chairs all over it, and there are just a lot of repairs needed. Despite us having a great location and noting MAJOR wrong, I would likely not stay here again due to this variety of issues.
I was also asked to start a load of towels and take out all the trash which I hate - why are we paying a cleaning fee?!? I told them I could not do the towels due to leaving early and then was asked if I could commit to a departure time earlier than check out. Again, not great service.

Had a great visit, condo was clean and close to Disney an easy walk. Only issue was the rain and we got a lot of it, it leaked in the kids room upstairs. No one came to address after we sent a video of it just pouring in. It was clearly a known issue

1st off the kids bedroom turns into a fountain. The window is broken and when it rains it pours! Everything was soaking wet. Baseboard fell off and you can tell this property has severe water damage and it definitely has mold and mildew growing in the wall and under the floor boards. The master bedroom shower has no water pressure so your forced to use the second bathroom which is like a slip and slide. My 67 yr old mom myself and my kids all slipped. No anti slip prevention in the tub. My mother bruised her knee pretty good. The parking situation sucks. You have to park in a teeny tiny garage full of strollers so no actual room to park or have to park in the main parking lot which is pretty far from the condo. The front yard floods so you better bring your rain boots to walk outside. The trash can was broken. The back porch chairs all broken. They request you do a load of laundry with no laundry soap. The vacuums were both broken and full. The filter in the fridge needs to he replaced. The property manager charged us $50 more to check in early after they sent us a text asking if we wanted to check in early. They have this strict no noise policy after 10pm. You can be fined upto $2500 for having any kind of conversation or noise outside. You have to log into your own streaming devices. No where on the listing does it state that it's 2 stories. This was a terrible experience and we want a partial refund! All of our belongings and even some suvouniers got ruined from their waterfall window they refuse to acknowledge and fix properly. Not happy!

Perfect location for Disneyland and all within walking distance. But the second bedroom window turns into a waterfall when it rains. It appears to have been like this for a long time and I received no response from the property managers about it. Don't stay here when wet and if you do, keep all luggage and the bed away from the window.

This location was very accurate with location. It was just a short walk to the Disney tram pickup by the parking garage. However, The email mentioned in the rules to not wear shoes in the house which led me to believe it would be a clean place. The carpet was absolutely filthy.The house smelled very strongly of bleach chemicals upon arrival and I am very sensitive to smells. I smelled bleach the entire first nice of sleeping, from the sheets and pillow cases. I had to go buy a blanket and pillow to sleep comfortably the remaining nights of our stay. In addition, the rules clearly state the quiet times, however the neighbor on the shared wall was doing renovations and banging at 0700 AM which was an awful awakening after being out super late at Disney. Overall, I had higher expectations from the listing pictures and description. It was sufficient for just sleeping and spending the day at Disney, but there is room for improvement. I don't think I would stay again unfortunately.

Our family of 5 stayed for 8 days in this condo. It is definitely more outdated than the pictures convey, but the pros outweigh the cons.
Pros: The kitchen is great. So nice to be able to store and make our own food. Master bed and bath are nice and updated, all the beds are comfortable. 15-20 minute walk from the parks, and you are going in a different direction than most people at the end of the day. Keyless entry was perfect--no losing keys. 3 televisions. More space for a family than a regular hotel room. 3 toilets. The management company was incredibly thorough and communicative.
Cons: the carpet on the stairs is horrible. Very gross and off-putting. The pillows on the beds were awful. I felt like goldilocks looking for a decent bed, trying every pillow in the place. I ended up using a decorative pillow and putting a case on it, because the others were so bad. The trundle had not been cleaned when we arrived, but everything else was very clean.
Overall, we would stay here again! The price is fair and honestly being able to do laundry ourselves was worth the switch from a hotel.

A short walk (~15-20 minutes) to Disneyland/CA Adventure/Downtown Disney is hard to beat! Lots of sleeping space and 2.5 baths gave us (four adults) plenty of room. It was comfy and mostly clean and a good little spot to hang out in. Nice kitchen/dining/living room area. We planned to spend most of our days in the parks and mostly just use the place to shower, sleep, and keep our stuff, but my Dad ended up needing to take a rest day, and he was quite comfy and had plenty of entertainment options available on the TV.
Only downsides: The carpet on the stairs really does need to be replaced with something else, it was very soiled and stood out, especially with how clean the rest of the place was. Also, if you're trying to go to bed early on a night they do fireworks in the park, the fireworks will keep you up, even with earplugs (that's a trade-off for being close! Wouldn't trade it, but it's something to be aware of). The forms that need to be filled out ahead of time are a bit onerous, and redundant, but that's Anaheim's rules more than the property's rules. Last nit-pick: a coffee maker was available, but no coffee. Most places I've stayed have coffee available. Not a big deal since we made a trip to the store to buy some snacks anyway.

Other than the one day we went shopping at a local outlet mall, we didn't have to drive the car at all (honestly we could have used Uber to and from the airport and saved a bunch without the car rental). We only had a minor problem with the air conditioning in the unit due to the recent change in weather but the owners were very helpful in getting resolved; we never stumbled upon any dish towels or pot holders but we had no trouble making due with the other towels provided. If we have the opportunity to visit Disneyland again, this unit will be near the top of our list.

Our family took a two weeks vacation here and the kids loves it even though Disneyland was close but we had a chance to check out OC and nearby area. The house was quite and clean, fully furnish but it new a new carpet and touch up here and there with new paint. The internet was dropping every five minutes but thank to management they call ATT and get a new router and internet is good again. We will come back.

This rental was in such a great location to the park entrance and such an easy walk. The place was roomy and had enough space for all of us! Would def recommend!! The only prob we had was we couldn’t get the TVs in the living room and the second bedroom to work....but they offered to come fix. We were at the parks during the day so was not a big deal at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Funtierland (#9 I think). We have stayed in this complex many times but never in this unit. It was very comfortable and homey and it fit our family of 6 very well. Pros: FULL SIZED FRIDGE!!! We always have to squish in all our food and this made it so easy. Well appointed kitchen - it was nice to have plenty of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. FULL SIZED POOL TOWELS - again, it was just nice to have good pool towels instead of wimpy little ones. A REALLY clean patio - most units make the patio an afterthought, but we like to sit there in the afternoons and having it be clean and comfy was great. COMFY BEDS - all the beds, including the pull out, were great. Cons - Please change the pillows soon! They were super flat and needed to be doubled up just for sleeping. The dishwasher was only semi-effective. We needed to run it twice sometimes to clean the dishes. On a non-condo note, the pool has been in steady decline for the past several years. The lounge chairs are awful and the whole area was dirty and unpleasant. Our kids didn't care, but I stopped going in the water, especially the hot tub, because it was gross. Overall, though, this was a great place to stay and we hope to be back again soon!

The sheets are not great but the bed were very comfortable. Pillows in the master bedroom were weird but we made them work. Bathtub drained very slow. Checking in and out was very easy. Pool was frigid but the hot tub was great. The place had a lot of wear and is in need of work. Our stay was decent but prob wouldn’t recommend to friends.

We had a great time exploring the California area. We went to Disney Parks 2 days and then ventured out to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Long Beach, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The condo was great to come back to after all the venturing we did. It was very clean and had plenty of sleeping spaces for our family of 5. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting an easy walk to the Disney parks and lots to do in that area.

Great Location
All amenities and communication were good. The property could use some updating ie carpet , paint, front door drafty and could use a deadbolt, security safe would be awesome. The upstairs main bathroom drains need cleaning as they drained slowly . The exact condo was difficult to find especially in the dark. Uber drivers had a hard time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay . Everything worked well as a whole and the beds were comfortable. Thank you

Overall, the place was nice. There were some maintenance issues, the lamps in this photo were missing in the master bedroom (which we needed), and the carpet on the stairs needs replaced. There are a lot of rules. We constantly worried about our noise level with the neighbors, and worried the kids might break something (they didn't.) We would rather stay here than in a hotel. Here we had a full kitchen and laundry, which was nice. We wish it had a gas grill outside.

Great location to downtown Disney, and an easy walk to and from the parks! Communication was great, and instructions for checking in were easy. We loved having a washer/dryer and full size appliances (although we didn’t do any cooking), and the stroller was a plus, as we don’t typically use one, but definitely used it at Disney! The condo could use some refreshing (touch up paint, new carpet on the stairs), but overall, it was clean, and was a great place to stay.

They were very helpful, whether it was accommodating a same day early check in or having an onsite property manager come out to fix the TV (within 1 HOUR of receiving a text saying we were having issues). The amenities included strollers, which came in handy since the tire on our stroller was flat. I would stay again and recommend this location to friends.

Great location!
We stayed here for my granddaughter’s first trip to Disneyland. Prearrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was a hiccup upon check-in but Shari the manager attended to it quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again!
