Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed 2 dogs with a $30 minimum/dog. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The house is in a great location, was very clean, and had everything our family needed to stay happy. The kids loved being able to go play ping pong in the garage. We definitely recommend this property for families and small groups!

This was a lovely little home for a winter beach stay. Everything was as advertised. The location is excellent, but is right next door to a restaurant. Even so, the home felt private. The covered patio and hot tub were a big plus after a cold beach walk. Comfortable beds and furniture. The enclosed front entrance was nice to take all our beach stuff off before bringing sand into the house. The furnace did not work the first night. The manager brought us space heaters and was able to send out a repair person the next morning so our trip was relatively unaffected. Once repaired, the home stayed nice and warm. Quick walking distance to a market, a few restaurants and of course the beach and prom :-)

The house was very clean and comfortable with an easy layout and very dog friendly fenced yard. Hot tub was sparkling clean. Easy walk to the beach and breakfast. Hosts were great! We really enjoyed our time here.

This property is very nice, clean and well maintained. Hot tub is great also, though the jets aren’t very strong. Guessing it’s a bit old. The property managers are very responsive. While we appreciate the responsiveness we didn’t need to receive so many messages from them.

Such a comfortable stay- mattresses and pillows galore! The home is very clean especially for a dog friendly place! Wonderful location an easy 1 mi walk to the conference center, by the best restaurant (Osprey) and so close to the beach! The hot tub was easy to use even with kids and the grill was wonderful. We didn’t use the garage amenities this time but they were all in good shape!

My husband, daughter, two granddaughters, and myself stayed at this adorable Seaside bungalow over the Fourth of July week. The size was perfect, the back patio and hot tub were very nice. Everything that we needed was provided. Beds very comfortable. Great location with restaurants and neighborhood store located nearby, not to mention an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to stay again in this lovely vacation home.

The house was so clean!!!...we all loved the hot tub and ping pong in garage was great for the kids to give adults some quiet time. Quiet neighborhood, beds were really comfortable and plenty of sitting room in the evenings. We had no complaints.

We were down for our annual Soccer in the Sand/Father’s Day weekend trip. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our two families to be comfortable and have a great relaxing time. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to stay in seaside for the family, this is the place! We celebrated my sons 5th birthday here and couldn’t have had a better experience. Fully enclosed backyard, hot tub, bikes, pull wagon for walkable beach trips (great for the backs of parents!). The house is a very comfortable and clean bungalow that invites relaxation and a “beachy” feel. We will definitely be back soon!

This home is amazing. Malia and Arnie have done a wonderful job. I was thrilled from the moment I opened the door. From the cleanliness to the cutesy decor it just felt like home. One huge plus, is the beds were all amazing and each a slightly different level or firmness which is nice since we don't all love soft beds. We played ping pong nightly and the distance to the beach was perfect. A little far to get my kids to walk to town but all in all it was great. Such an amazing home. I hope to be coming back in the near future.

We visit the beach every year for our sons birthday and this house did not disappoint! The house is very clean and well decorated. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed every morning lol. We rode the bikes that are in the garage down the promenade and had a blast! Our son loved the house so much he said he wants to come back every birthday lol. The hosts were so friendly and very communicative. I loved the back patio and enjoyed a cup of coffee each morning back there. Thanks for hosting us! We hope to be back soon! Christine & Family

Great clean and quiet home! I rented here wanting a short get away for myself and my dogs. I loved being away from the main hustle and bustle of downtown Seaside - the beach was a stone's throw away and not crowded.

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a home away from home. It was a short little walk to the beach. There was a wagon in the garage which was very useful to walk with our 3-year-old grandson to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and the restaurant next door has amazing food and service!

Really nice house, two baths, three bedrooms. Literally next to a bar and grill and backs up to a mini mart. 2 blocks from beach access and a 10 min walk to the seaside prom.

This place is even better than in the photos. It's much bigger than it looks. Kitchen was a bit small, but all 3 bedrooms and the living room was a great size. The back patio was very cozy and the front yard was a perfect semi closed off area for the dog. We appreciated the extra blankets, fans, doggy bowls/ towels and most of all- the ICE in the freezer! Hot tub was great and clean and there were tons of towels available. Location was amazing and everything was clean and organized. Wish we could've stayed longer so we could've put the ping pong tables and bikes to use, but we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

We had an excellent time here! The house is in a great location on the south end of town just a couple of blocks from the beach / promenade. Everything you need is here, the house is exceptionally clean and you can walk to a small market and there are a few dining options nearby as well.
