Our Beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is located in the 5-star Windsor Hills Resort, Just a stone throw away from Disney World. This villa is one of the largest in Windsor Hills! Our home features: * Communal Waterpark and hot spa are free to all guests. * Professional quality fitness center are free to all guests. * Private Heated Pool/Spa with screen enclosure and children safety fence. * Pool chairs and beds in the extended lanai area for you to relax without sunburn. * A fully equipped kitchen with premium granite countertops. * A spacious dinning area with hardwood dinning table that can seat 10 people. * 2 king suites, two queens, and two twin bedrooms. * One of the queen bed is downstairs to allow easy access. * A Sundry shop next to clubhouse for food, snacks, and drinks, and hygiene products . * Ultra fast fiber optical broadband (gamers, bring your devices!) * Large LCD TV in family room with over 100+ channels * Private game room with a professional grade pool table. * Baby gears include 2 strollers, pac n play, and a crib. * Plenty of choice on shopping and restaurants within 2 miles.

I want to start by saying our stay overall at Windsor Hills, was wonderful. We had 2 familys of 6, each with 4 kids 10 and under. The community pool was our go-to each day and was well heated. The water slides and splash pad are FREEZING. They do not heat the kiddie areas.
Ben was extremely easy to get ahold of whenever we needed him, which seemed to be quite frequently. We paid to heat the pool and hottub and had many issues getting it going. It was a cooler week, but we paid for a full week of heat and weren't able to use the pool at the house until day 3.
We struggled with our grill rental as well. We booked directly through the company Ben had recommended to cut out the middle man, and they lost our reservation. Luckily Ben was super helpful and called the company directly as our calls were ignored. I would highly recommend just booking directly through Ben if you plan to rent a grill.
The house itself was perfect for our families. We had 2 master bedrooms and enough bedrooms for each of the kids.
We also had no electricity in the master bedroom for 2 nights, which meant no tv, phone charging and brushing our teeth in the dark. Ben did send out an electrician to fix the issue, but we had to be at the property to let him in, which was a tad frustrating.
None of the manuals at the house are up-to date (wi fi passwords, etc. We had a great week, but some necessary updates to the property would make communication a lot less necessary.

The checkin/checkout was easy. The week was wonderful and the resort has a lot for the kids to enjoy and the resort was in a great location. The host was great and always responded to all messages.

We had a pleasant stay. Home was nicely kept. Limited parking is the only issue. Only two cars in the driveway is not feasible for multiple family drivers.

If you’re planning a trip to Disney, this is a great location. The travel too and from the parks was pretty much trouble free.

There were 6 adults and 4 children under 12 sharing this house and there was plenty of room. The children made good use of the house pool. We all loved the resort pool, the water park and the movie theatre The house does need some updating but with 4 kids in the house that might have been a blessing in disguise. The location could not have been better for travelling to the parks. Grocery shopping, restaurants and stores are very close by.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious, clean home. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub and spent many hours in it. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Ben was easy to work with and answered any questions we had promptly.

6 adults and 3 kids, perfect home for our vacation!! Very quiet and secured neighborhood! Our kids enjoyed the private pool more than the resort pool, which was great! Would recommend this home!

The house was large, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very prompt to answer and to resolve any issues in a fast and friendly manner. We very much used and enjoyed the warm pool and the actually hot, hot tub! I would recommend.

The house was perfect for our group. The location to Disney Parks was as described online (about 15-20 mins from all parks).
The house had some great perks for families with small children (i.e the safety fence around the pool, highchair, stroller).
The amenities within the community were enjoyable on our off days from going to Disney.
My entire group would recommend this property and would stay again!

Our stay was great a d the manager was easy to deal with a get hold of. We had issues with our pool heating in the first two days and he was prompt to respond and ordered to refund the two missed days without having to be asked. The house however could use a deeper clean. Some of the sindows were very dusty and the dishes as well. There we also cigarette butter outside, despite There being no smoking on the property.
Overall our stay was great and the location is perfect. Would recommend.

We planned a family trip to Disney. Found a property that looked like the perfect place. After the 1st 24 hours roaches started to come out in the kitchen. We had to put all food (bread, cookies, cereal) In the refrigerator to keep our food from having roaches on it. I informed the owner and asked if he had anywhere we could move to ( we had 10 family members ranging from 12 to 74 yrs old) as we had family coming in from Texas and Maryland. He didn't so we had no place to go. I asked for a partial refund but Ben the owner refused as he said the previous renters didn't see any roaches. The coffee pot had nest of roaches, they were coming out everywhere. They were even in the oven front pad (pictured attached) also, we noticed that the blankets had not been washed and owner Bem informed me they do t wash th after each renter. Some smelled like urine, some smelled like someone's BO. If I could upload pictures you would NOT want to stay here

This property is perfect for a group planning a Disney vacation. Spacious! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults, 1 child and a baby. Location! Loved that it only took us an average of 15 minutes to get to each Disney park. Our group practically lived outside in the screened deck and enjoyed the pool and hot tub after each theme park visit. The host, Mr. Ben Wang, was very attentive and easily reached. I had a parking issue, due to my negligence, and he quickly took care of the problem.

I’ll start with great location and house is nice and spacious. The community itself has a great pool area. Unfortunately, our pool to our house was not heated the owner did try getting workers out to fix asap but due to hurricane Ian workers were tied up. We were partially refunded for the heating of the pool, which I think was very unfair considering they fixed it the day we left mid afternoon and the other family that was there 1 extra day had to be out by 10am. Not even 24 hours and forced to pay 51.08. Not even given the option if we still wanted it heated given it was broken all week. I did have to change the masters sheets the day we arrived they were dirty. Probably just an oversight maybe. There were serval alive cockroaches throughout the house. I did make the owner aware and he does get it treated so maybe this is just how fl is.
Due to hurricane Ian our flight was canceled and the owner was flexible and let us come in a day early at no charge.

Loved the fact that the home had strollers and a crib. We stayed with my two sons and four grand kids. PLENTY of space for us. Kids loved the Castle playground and pool. Would stay again.

This house was just what we needed. We planned a friendly girls trip 2 hours from our homes and this house was all we needed! The house itself was extremely clean, the pool was a little cloudy but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. I did read all the reviews about not having standard household items like paper towels and toilet paper but me being so excited I totally forgot and found myself up early the next day running to the store for these items. The store is extremely close so it really wasn't a huge issue. Anyone staying in this large beautiful home please remember to bring such items. Other than that we would 100% stay here again. Ben the owner was also very quick with responses as my silly self couldn't remember how to get in lol. I highly recommend this home!

Great for a big family
Love the size and location of this house. We had a big group of 13 (6 adults, 1 teen, and 6 between 6-12) we all loved having a private pool, the kids all seemed to prefer it over the parks. Just know that you will need to stop by Walmart (which is very close to the house) and pick up essentials for the house. (Toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, etc) we would stay again.

Great location, room to breathe
We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Ben was extremely supportive and responsive and the house was as promised. We hit up all the Disney parks, which were roughly 15 minutes from the house and our off days were very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back! Thank you to Ben and the Windsor Hills staff.

Ben was very responsive & easy to work with. The home was tidy & cozy. My only complaint would be lack/minimal amounts of essential goods (toilet paper, coffee filters, garbage bags)
Going forward the host could leave a few extra of the items listed.

We loved having easy access to the backyard pool, a great outdoor eating space and the screened in patio made things really convenient. Prime location, was close to grocery, gas, and major highways. We traveled around to a lot of different places in Florida throughout our trip but coming back to this place really felt great.
The amenities at Windsor Hills are also really nice. Good community pool with water park area for kids. Our kids loved that and the parks that are throughout the community.
Overall, this was a great location with a really kid friendly space, and we are thankful to know there is a great place for us to all fit and be able to return soon. Already looking forward to the next time we can visit. Thanks again for hosting us in your home!

First family Florida trip
We have just returned after staying at this villa for 14 days. This was the 4th attempt due to Covid coming from the UK, postponed in 2020 and 2021. Ben the owner couldnt have been more supportive, refunding previous Covid cancellations without any fuss.
Finally getting there the villa was perfect. We were two families of 4, and had both Disney and Universal planned over the 2 weeks.
Location could not have been better, all Disney parks within 10-15 minute drive. Universal a little longer.
Plenty of great restaurants around on the 192, literally 5 minutes away.
The villa was perfect size with all the bedrooms, and 2 lounges, one for the kids and one for the adults!
The pool was perfect size which we enjoyed every day after long days in the parks.
Ben couldn't have been better in terms of responding to questions while we were there, always coming back very quickly, even at the weekend.
We would definitely stay again.

Clean and wonderful. Safe gated community. Kids loved the pool at the house and great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice with all amenities you need. Our host Ben was amazing and took care of anything we needed. He was just the best!! This house is the one…look no further!
