Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la maravillosa piscina y la fantástica parrilla. Pasamos días inolvidables disfrutando del sol, el agua fresca y deliciosas parrilladas. La casa en sí era cómoda y acogedora, pero la combinación de la piscina y la parrilla lo convirtieron en un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del verano. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Lovely holiday villa with everything you need to enjoy family holiday. Only short drive from many amazing beaches. We noticed many upgrades made since original pictures were published. Absolutely loved it. Good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend and would come back. We had the best time!

The Villa has great potential, it is a pity that attention to detail is lacking.

The contacts with the property are only through messages. Upon arrival, Mrs. Mila greeted us, very kind and helpful, the house seemed tidy and clean. But shortly after we realized that in 2 rooms the light bulbs were burned out, in the bathroom on the ground floor no water came out of the sink, in another the bidet drain was blocked and the supply of linen was limited to one medium-sized towel each. for a 7 day stay, really miserable !!

Very nice house with all facilities required to have a great stay near the Lisbon beaches and not too far from Lisbon city (35 min by car). House is equipped with all necessary items to guarantee a pleasant stay and swimming pool is in perfect condition. We rented the house for a week with our 4 daughters (aged 8 up to 15) and they were all delighted.

Besides the negatives points mentioned, we liked everything else about the house. It is very large so it is suitable for large groups and families. The TV is really big and of good quality and sound. Kitchen facilities and appliances (washing machine and dishwasher) very new and of good quality. Beds and bed linen are also confortable. Cleaning standards are very good. Pool is large enough and has sun almost all day. The area to eat outside fits well up to 10 people and is quiter than the pool area because it is placed on the back of the house. The entertainment games are very nice and provide a good time! Beach is very close by 2 minutes by car.

There were no cleaning products or vacuum cleaner to clean the house if you want during your stay, the house is next to a road where the cars pass quite fast and it is not so easy to relax with the noisy road, fire extinguisher is expired (no maintenance) and also some products of the first aid kit, blender in the kitchen is old and with rust, more towels and of larger size and better quality per person would be nice (instead of only 1 medium), there are no blinds in the bedrooms so if you have a baby who naps without light this house is not an option, one shower in the bathroom did not have cold water (only very hot water came out), house is also quite humid (more than 80% all the time during our stay).

The hosts were amazing both owner and cleaning lady who did the checkin. Very helpful and you could ask them any questions. The internet was great (we had part of us working remotely during holidays and because of this convenient services they could still join our holidays). The garden is very spacious and so is the living room. Also a big TV which the guys enjoyed for watching football. Really recommend this place for family or friends holidays!

- We got 1 towel per person for a full week which is not enough. We were happy to re-use for a few days but not for a week (also ladies often use a 2nd hair towel). We asked the cleaner to bring extra towels and she dropped them the next day so in the end no problem, but good to consider as in most other places you get a couple of towels. - We thought there were two bikes but they were broken. - It would be nice to have more comfortable/sun chairs for outside as we were 7 (and two pregnant lazy ladies). There are two sunbeds and two beach chairs. Overal our holidays was great fun, the house very comfortable and I definitely recommend this place if you look for a nice family vacation or with friends.

Being from Lisbon myself, I know the area around the city quite well. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this house and the village. Even though it’s really close to the hustle and bustle of Lisbon, I was able to find some peace and quiet and that was just what I needed. The house itself is clean, big and well equipped with comfortable yet modern furniture. I especially enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning on the terrace or hanging out by the pool and read. The kitchen had everything it needed and I even saw a BBQ outside, however I didn’t bother cooking since there were so many authentic restaurants in the village. I also made it to the beach a couple of times, one time I went on a nice walk through the forest, the other time I took one of the bikes that come with the house. All in all, I would recommend this house to everyone who likes to take a break from the city, or to combine a citytrip with a relaxing beach holiday. Obrigada Pedro, I will be back.
