Surf or play on one of Puerto Rico's best beaches. If you're looking to get away from traffic & high rise condos, this location is for you. Plenty to do and see in an exotic, funky & laid back atmosphere. Walk the beach for miles & find sea glass or other treasures. Come discover why Hwy 413 is known as the 'Road to Happiness' and the poster reads, 'Rincon--Puerto Rico's Best Kept Secret. More than a destination. A feeling. An attitude. An environment.' Your accommodations are great--entire top floor of a 3-story building so lots of windows & light and ocean views are incredible from most every room! There is a rooftop terrace with bath and beachside patio with stairs to the beach. A split unit A/C cools the main living spaces and all three bedrooms have air conditioning. If temperatures are in the mid 80's, I like to open the windows to let the outside in and the tropical breezes keep you comfortable year round with ceiling fans in all rooms. Sleeps 7 with a king bed, queen bed & 3 twin beds. We have WiFi, Cable & Smart Roku TV and have fast enough speeds to stream and work from home. Rent surf boards next door and take lessons. This is life on the Beach in Rincon! Wake up & check the surf without leaving the bedroom. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. Shop the fresh produce at Farmer's Market and pick up the fisherman's fresh catch. Watch Humpback Whales frolic from late January through early April from your dining table. Walk to great dining & night life. Can it get any better? This was our second time staying at this property. You cannot beat the location! Great restaurants in walking distance, beach right out the back door! Beautiful views! Property management was helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property!

Melinda Ferraro the owner was very helpful with all my request to ensure our visit was perfect. Our family enjoyed the roof top area and being right on Sandy beach and close to restaurants. I would recommend staying at the condo.

We LOVED everything about this place! The condo was so nice and clean. Peefext size for the 6 of us to stay. The location can not get any better. Right on the beach with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Definitely hoping to stay here again!

We stayed at Paradise at Sandy Beach for 8 amazing days. From waking up every morning hearing and seeing the waves crash, to walking the beach collecting sea glass, there was so much for us to do without even having to leave the property. There are plenty of places close by to grab a bite to eat or drinks. It's a very beautiful place and definitely plan to return to Paradise on Sandy Beach in the future.

Beautifully decorated, amazing view, comfortable beds, very clean, loved the property. Had some power issues, but the generator worked like it was supposed to. Communication with Erica and Ryan was smooth and easy. Sandy beach is a wonderful beach to hang out in, all sand, easy on the feet. Excellent snorkeling about 10min away. Highly recommend the restaurant a couple lots down - my entire family ate everything every time we went there, and that’s saying something!

Wonderful vacation! Puerto Rico is a beautiful country, amazing food, and with warm and lovely people! Our stay at Paradise on Sandy Beach was just perfect! High marks for the most comfortable beds at any VRBO we’ve rented! The back up generator comes in handy, I was not aware that the power grid in Puerto Rico goes down so often, but not a problem for us! Highly recommend you rent a car, so you can experience everything Puerto Rico has to offer. You will definitely want to explore further than walking distance. Highlight of our week was a trip to Gozalandia Falls and swimming under a waterfall.

Paradise at Sandy Beach is exactly how I would describe this place. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we weren’t sure what to expect on unfamiliar territory…we arrived late at night, still not sure…but when we woke up to that amazing view and the sound of crashing waves, we were in awe! The view and the place is exactly as pictured and described. The location on Sandy Beach is just what we were looking for; a laid back, quieter beach with waves for my teens to play in. Rented surf and boogie boards right next door and they were entertained for hours. Walking distance to awesome restaurants and a few shops, a short drive to snorkeling and other amazing beaches and Rincon is such a cool town. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and Erica and Ryan were so responsive, which we only contacted them when the power went out but thankfully the generator powered the entire place!! Thank you so much for hosting us….we will definitely be back!!

My parents, partner, and children, all ranging in age from 7-82, had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and provided wonderful photograph opportunities. I’m now recovering from the depression of having to leave Puerto Rico!

Our stay here was incredible. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The balcony view of the beach was our favorite spot to sit each morning and sip coffee. Walking the beach and finding sea glass treasure was such a treat! The sandy beach allowed our family to play in the waves without fear of stepping on rock/coral and it was definitely a highlight. We rented boogie boards/paddle boards right next door as well. So easy. The area was the laid-back, peaceful, safe, and had a lot of places within walking distance to visit. The drive into the city of Rincon was short and it was such a cool area.
We highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Puerto Rico! We hope to be back soon.

We were staying north near Aguidilla for our first few days in Puerto Rico. That place was awful. It was stark and the whole area around us was under construction. We had no access to the beach even though we were told we would. I frantically looked to find a VRBO place that promised easy access to a walkable and swimmable beach while also providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to call home base for my family. This amazing place on Sandy Beach was all that and more! It was everything we wanted! This beautiful place right on the beach with amazing views, great sounds of the surf, and beautiful Caribbean water literally saved our family vacation from being a complete disaster. We loved that we could rent surf boards and snorkel gear right next door. And we did. The snorkeling at nearby Tres Palmas Marina was perfect! We saw turtles and even an octopus! We loved the nearby restaurants too. Cafe Islena, just an easy walk on the beach, had the best breakfast! Sunrises and sunsets were not missed one day by my family. We soaked it all in. The rooftop provided us great star gazing. You will have great memories here and all the comforts of home at this quiet yet fun and beautiful little beach town. Loved it all!

We were a small group. We loved the location and amenties. We arrived at night which made it hard to find the place. It iis right next to Sandy West Beach parking but it has its own parking. When we arrived, the place didn't have electricity but Ryan was very responsive. The place is on the third floor for those who pack a lot. The common areas, rooftop and bottom floor were great to have. The kitchen had pretty much everthing we needed but we didn't do that much cooking. Casa Isle (5-10min walk) and English Rose (steep drive but worth it) was our fav brunch places. We didn't have hot water all week but we were too busy to call about the problem and was not too much of a problem for us. Most of the area including this neighborhood start closing around 8-9p just as a fair warning for those coming from stateside. This area with the mountain driving is not for the faint of heart but we absolutely loved it and we can see why it is such a special place for others. For those who grew up with beaches, including myself, it is a a special place.

The property is so well equipped with everything you need - nothing is overlooked. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, even a high chair and baby items.
Walking distance to four restaurants & a couple of cute shops.
This is our 3rd time staying in Sandy Beach and by far our favorite accommodations by far.
We all cried when we left!

This was our 3rd return trip to this property and it was wonderful as usual. The home is spacious, fully stocked kitchen with all essentials, beach towels and plenty of beach chairs, with sweeping views of the ocean. The location can not be beat, easy walking distance to a number of fabulous restaurants and a quick drive in to Rincon. Communication with Melinda and her team was 5 stars!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property right on Sandy Beach. The breeze from the ocean is nice and we enjoyed having the windows open in the main living areas. Most places don't like that but here since there is no AC in the living area it's encouraged and it was the perfect way to merge the inside with the outside. It never got too hot due to the ocean breezes. The AC in the bedrooms is very nice as well for sleeping. We spent most of our time sitting on the balcony - or up on the rooftop, due to a large swell coming in it did get too windy to sit outside one night but we just sat inside and enjoyed the sound of the waves. It was fun to watch the surfers as well.
One thing to note, is this is a surfing beach so if you come during their winter - you might not be able to get in the water. This didn't bother us but it is something to be aware of if you are expecting a nice calm beach during that time. Rincon does have other beaches you can drive to within 10 minutes that are calmer (Marina and Steps beaches).
There were several places to eat within walking distance and a small store that had snacks and other items if you don't want to drive into town. I think our favorite two places were Jakes Coffee (for coffees and smoothies) and Jack's Shack - for Breakfast or lunch.
Everyone we met was really nice and very helpful. If our travels take us back to Rincon, we will be staying with Melinda again for the trip.

We had stayed in this building years ago. This apartment needs a few things replaced to meet expectations: 1. Mattresses were terrible. 2. Plumbing fixtures in showers need to be replaced. Very inconsistent and no pressure.

We rented this property for a month to escape our northern weather. We had a wonderful time! The vrbo is the third floor of a large house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer and living area. Plenty of room for company. It is directly on Sandy Beach which is a great place for long walks and finding sea glass. There are excellent restaurants nearby, including a few within walking distance. The roof has a grill and chairs..great place for yoga or sunbathing. The downstairs patio has lounge chairs. The property manager and owner were very nice and responsive. Very enjoyable stay!

We had another terrific stay at this property, it has been our 4th year staying in this unit. The location and amenities make the stay fun and easy to move around the island and explore delicious restaurants. Being in a multi unit building does have its challenges but usually all renters get along.
Melinda is a wonderful and understanding host.

Wow ! What a view....exactly how it looks in pictures. If you have friends or family ...Rent This! However be aware it is on 3rd floor, so not a place for older guests. That said everything else is amazing and our group will be back ! Thank you!! Oh and rincon lost power and they had a generator! This is key!!

We had an amazing first time in Rincon. The property was as beautiful as advertised. Property manager did a wonderful job with communication. The kitchen has lots of appliances. We regret not stopping by the Econo supermarket eight minutes up the road before arriving. We didn't want to leave to go buy food. Luckily, there are some wonderful places to grab food within walking distance. The beach views are absolutely stunning. However, be aware that this is a surfer's beach. Be respectful of the water current and watch the advisories. Also, don't be afraid to ask the local surfers for advice. Wonderful experience all around!

Having beachfront access to sandy beach was priceless. Next door was RD2H; where you can book surf lessons, rent surfboards and excursions in the region. The view, the beach and the surf were outstanding. The property was great and had all the amenities anyone could need. Communication with the owner was smooth throughout the entire process. My family of six would definitely book this property again. This is a gem.

Enjoyed our view and close proximity to surfing. Several amazing eateries within walking distance- Tamboos, Casa Islena, Jack’s Shack. Great rooftop deck where we grilled several meals and enjoyed stargazing.

Stayed a week with my partner and two teenage girls. Three bedrooms, top floor apartment with lots of space and beautiful views! All three bedrooms had air conditioning, the living room /dining area did not. Leave the windows open and get a beautiful cross breeze and you can’t beat the view from the patio -in the shared space on the roof and first floor. Had a gated entryway for your car, one spot per apartment, it has three floors. They had items you could use for the beach including chairs and umbrellas they had a ton of beach towels they had a lot of extra linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a wonderful experience we loved it!

Our family of four throughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for myself, my husband and our two teens. The home had everything we needed and Erica was super responsive if we needed anything. Waking up with that view and taking just steps to beach was beyond priceless. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back!

Easy check-in/checkout process, power was out in area when arrived but the generator was on keeping lights and AC going. Clean overall space and felt very cozy with great view of beach! Great location!

Excellent Beach stay
Beautiful location and views. The house was perfect for our family of 5. An excellent graduation present for my sons! You should also check out restaurant near the yoga on the beach. They had great drinks and food. Thank you again! We also had excellent communication with the property mangers. We had two issues that were resolved very quickly.

Real Paradise
We had a fabulous time during our stay. We loved being right on the beach and so close to rentals, gift shop, restaurant yet not bombarded with building and city life. It was perfect! A short drive away from Rincon and other beaches but we loved hanging at our beach the best! Can’t wait to return!!
