This beautifully presented 170 sqm luxury apartment enjoys amazing views to the North, East and South on the 28th level in the most sought-after of holiday resorts – SUN CITY. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, Premium Foxtel and a 65” Smart TV for your entertainment. This apartment features a modern lounge room and separate dining alcove with access to balconies as well as a hostess-style kitchen with quality appliances. There are two bedrooms both leading onto balconies, with one featuring an en-suite bathroom and new king bed, plus a separate laundry area with hairdryer, spa bath and air conditioning throughout. Apartment was good, views were amazing, a little bit further away from shops and restaurants but good for getting the steps up. The facilities were a bit dated though.

Home away from home with views to die for.
What a lovely property with gorgeous views. Central to everywhere we wanted to go to in the Gold Coast. Everything we required was readily available in the self contained apartment. Thansk for a lovely stay.

Everything was terrific! Views were sensational including the city at night. Tram station out the front was very handy. Bus stops and beach a short walk. The complex pools & spas were relaxing for a soak & are great for kids. Would happily stay again & recommend to others.

The unit was great - facilities at Sun City also were great - weather unfortunately not so good. Even in stormy weather the
view was spectacular.
We enjoyed our first interstate trip since Covid restrictions lifted.
We would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean property, amazing views, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, convenient car park, slides were a hit with the teens.

I'm very torn about saying just how amazing this unit was and keeping it a secret so we are able to return.
The view was so incredible that even during the cool days, we could watch the countless pod of whales from the living room. The experience was surreal and have never been able to experience that from a unit.
Communication was fantastic and check in was very easy. When something very minor happened, the staff went above and beyond to fix it for us.
It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle and even the flagged swimming area was quieter than main area of surfers. Was very easy to jump on the tram or even walk along the beach to cavill.
We are already planning our next trip back.

Beautiful big apartment with amazing views of ocean, city and mountains. Spoilt with three different views. Loved our stay. Best place we have stayed in the Gold Coast.

This apartment was fantastic. We loved the views from the 28th floor. Lounge was confortable kitchen good for families and the water pressure in shower was great. The only negative was the bed, two singles to make a king. So uncomfortable no pillowtop and one night it gave me back pain bad enough to have to sleep on the lounge. Also the hairdryer kinda works but is from the 90s it seems and when put on high it turns off and you have to put it on high because its like using a toy hairdryer. We loved the pools and spas too my son went in there 5 out of 7 days.

Great place to stay
Beautiful clean apartment. View is incredible. Great resort for families, kids loved the slides! Short stroll to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fabulous views - great apartment
We really enjoyed our stay for a week. The apartment is very spacious, great views, comfortable beds, clean and relaxing. The actual Sun City complex is quite old and dated - the general decor and cleanliness was questionable. If you're looking for a 5 star resort you may be disappointed in this building. Lifts were out of action quite often which meant long wait times to get up and down. General location was good with beach within easy walking, flags right out front and tram at the door.

Amazing view, excellent facilities.. very tidy with every surface spotless. Will definitely come again. Don’t forget to feed the little Pidgeon that comes to the balcony every day. We call him Jimmy

Very easy experience renting this property. Unit was exactly as advertised. Absolutely gorgeous property and a very relaxing stay for our family. Would come back and stay in this unit in a heartbeat. Cannot beat the views, absolutely gorgeous.
