Pros: great view. Cons: swimming pool usable only by using a car, Red dust from court was everywhere, Hard to find (during heavy rain), not much help from staff (phone call), dishwasher without even one tablet, coffee machine without any filter. I would recommend not to go to this place.

Good for a short trip if you know what to expect in advance

The view was amazing. The apartment is very modern and looks good at first look. The restaurant/pizzeria on top of the hotel was very good and affordable. We ended up eating every night there. The staff was excellent there. We havent been using the pool at the hotel but it looked good. Also for some people maybe the fact that a shuttle is available to go to the lake is beneficial. We ended uo to use ourown car and were lucky to find parking. The hotel and restaurant is up the hill ealking for us was no issue, we took our grandma up there by car. The apartment was clean except the floor.

The check in was pleasant and fast but as soon as we entered the apartment we discovered that nothing was given there what one would expect from a normal apartment. No towels, no bed linens, no kitchen utensil in terms of detergent or sponge/cloth, no soap, nothing in the kitchenb even from previous quests for cooking like salt or pepper. When we went to reception we have been told that it is written on the website, that towels and sheets are not provided. We couldnt find it and the woman showed us that it was hidden udner the information button before you book it. Nothing was mentioned fromn the hotel. We ourselves rent some apartments in different countries and travel a lot, but have never experienced situation like that before, where it was not shown obviously that such importnat things are not provided. When we wanted to rent it from the hotel, they wanted to charge us 10Euro for Linens for each person and 5Euro for the towel. For 5 people it is a pretty decent amount. Besides on the website it also said linens are provided and sheets are not. It seems like there is a language issue as well. For us this certainly looked like a scam, that people are trying to take advantage of the situation. As we came by car we could have easily taken all the things with us if we knew before. The explanation from the staff was that it is well known that apartments dont provide sheets and towels in this region. Well, we were there the first time. I guess you get what you pay for. In general the furniture was very cheap. The dining table was shaky and will probably fall apart soon, the matrasses are super uncomfortable, we all had back pain after 3 nights. The beds are single beds that you can put together with a huge gap, so not suitable for couples really. The water tap was also very loose and needs to be fixed. The floor was very dusty as no one cleaned it. Overall the apartment has a huge potential, even if they would charge a bit more but offer the guests a better...

Ok appartment, need better info about the distance to pool and where to get the key.

Nice new appartment , view ok. Good pizza restaurant at the hotel.

The appartment was very hard to find. Had to get the key at a hotel with a different name 500 meters away, no info about this. The pool is also 500 meters away, at the hotel and across a road - very disappointing , especially for the children. No garbage disposal nearby, also 500 meters away at the hotel.
