Situated in the suburb of Johnsonville, this apartment is ideally located to be a base for exploring the many features of Wellington, the capital city, or for travelling to the Kapiti Coast or the Wairarapa. A shopping centre nearby has two supermarkets as well as restaurants for dining and takeaways. At the bottom of the garden are public walkways through some of Wellington's famous town belt areas. If you would like more space, check if the neighbouring apartment Bird Song is available. Special conditions: Guests are asked to book for a minimum of two nights please and to respect the quietness of the nieghbourhood while enjoying the natural beauty around us. Very neat and tidy, bushland and bird life and walking track although steep interesting and wonderful bird song each morning.

Gave ourselves a pat on the back for finding a perfect spot. Hosts delightful, accommodation just right, facilities provided were beyond expectations. No hesitation in recommending to family and friends. We’d certainly stay again!

Had a great stay, lovely layout of studio with the bedroom still having some seperation. Fantastic quiet location but quick to the city. Amazing price. Being a downstairs unit - when owners walking around upstairs it is a bit loud. Lovely breakfast left available.

The apartment was warm, snug, comfy and quiet. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It is close to one of the walking tracks behind Jville and a short driving distance to shops, bus/train, supermarket etc. Jan was friendly and helpful.

It was very lovely place to stay. Host was very friendly. Handy location, close to Wellington central, Porirua and Lower Hutt. Quiet location. Very clean room. Coffee and breakfast was provided.

Wet Wellington
This property was an excellent choice. Very and comfortable and handy to where we needed to be. Owners were very helpful and easy to get on with.
The weather during our visit was wet but as we both came from Wellington nothing unusual. Would definitely reccomend this property.

Lovely clean wee place, and Jan was fantastic. Went over and above by picking us up from the station
Enjoyed our stay, weather didn't get off to a great start for the first two days, but then it was glorious. Love the reserve being right at the doorstep, great place for a walk or run. Jan is a fantastic host, we highly recommend staying here. Thank you 🙂

The photos of this lovely little bach don't do it justice. It's really nice and Jan and Phil couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. A great location for exploring Wellington and the very scenic surrounds. We are keen walkers and there are some great trails very close by.
