About this house rental
Have your cake and eat it too when you book your stay at Waterfront Grace! This 1,800 square foot home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stylish property is vacation central. Inside, you'll be surrounded by panoramic views courtesy of the walls of windows in the living and dining areas. The living area features elegant, comfy couches and deck access as well as an HDTV. Just off from the living area is the dining area which includes a gorgeous table for 10. The kitchen is one for the books with its beautiful finishings, modern amenities, and essential kitchenware. There's also a coffee bar and an additional sink in the kitchen area. The first bedroom is a thing of beauty with stunning fixtures and a king-size bed. The first bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and twin bed while the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo. There's also a lovely bunk room with custom twin-over-full bunk beds as well as a large wall-mounted HDTV. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use. Additional amenities to enjoy are a propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining bar-top overlooking the lake, easy lake access via walking trails, a lakeside campfire pit area, fishing, kayaking, and floating right off your own lakeshore, boat parking at the house, and so much more! Local attractions within minutes of Waterfront Grace include the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater. Tubing/ river outfitters, concerts, gas, groceries and much more are all nearby. It's a short drive to New Braunfels where you'll find, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Historic District, Wurstfest, and the Comal River tube chute. Local wineries and other Hill Country attractions abound within a short driving distance. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 11 guests and 3 vehicles, unless otherwise approved. Traveled from CT and NJ with our family of five plus my mother for a family wedding and it was perfect! The layout was perfect. Everything was well appointed and well stocked and most importantly, clean! We had a small family gathering using the grill and had all of the utensils and kitchen tools we needed. We really enjoyed the deck and the view. My son had great fishing to keep him occupied and we could see him from the deck. The bunk room was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids and kept them out from underfoot. We will be back!

The place was lovely, cozy and very nicely decorated. We arrived for an early check-in and was a little stress from the alarm going off since we were not made aware of an alarm code. There is also a yellowjacket nest under the stairs and it stung one of the ladies, but nevertheless, the property was very relaxing with lots of deer roaming around.

This property is perfectly situated right on Canyon Lake! We enjoyed the wonderful sunrises and enjoyed the patios at sunsets. It is gorgeous and clean with all amenities needed for a short term or a long week's stay. It was relaxing and seemed like far from the city yet with very convenient close by store(s) and restaurants. Don't hesitate, we will definetly come back.

Vacation blues
On the up side house was nice and clean when we arrived. Location of house was close to the boat ramp that made for easy access to the lake. On the down side, the drive way to the house was very small and guest had to leave their vehicles at the boat ramp for parking. House had amazing views of the lake from back porch but was hard to enjoy because of construction crews building house next door. Loud hammering, drills and generators all day everyday we were there from sun up to sun down. Spent $800 dollars at the grocery store to prepare meals at the house to find out refrigerator did not stay cold and we had to keep all the food in coolers inside the home. Freezer side was cold but not cold enough to freeze anything and had to throw out the kids ice cream. With the inconveniences we still managed to make the best of it and had a good time. Would not recommend this property to anyone until the construction next door is completed and the refrigerator is replaced.

Waterfront grace
Was really nice and great views. The only complaints which aren't major at all is the walk is a good ways from the water and lights on the patio stairway to the water were in process of getting repaired we were told so they didn't work. Other then that amazing. Would definitely be interested in coming back.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Gorgeous view of the lake, from inside and from the 2 decks.
Access to the beach, about a 3 minute walk, teenages swam and used a kayak. The kids especially loved the bunk room. Outdoor lighting was spectacular. Grill worked well. All appliances in good working order. The place was just very fun and relaxing. I highly recommend!

Property was beautiful and very clean. Gorgeous view of the lake, from inside and from the 2 decks.

Amazing Stay.
Loved every moment of our trip from the house, to the view as well as the lake. We also rented a boat and had alot of fun on the lake. Also watching all the deer come up was amazing for the kids to see. We live in the city so this outdoor living is something we hardly see but definitely plan on coming back, we didn't want to leave it's so comfortable there. Thank everyone for providing us the opportunity and experience for our trip.This was our first ever Airbnb and loved every minute of it thank you!!!!

I was looking for a house on the water preferably with a dock for our boat. After tons of research on canyon lake seems that lake does not allow. So this is next best thing. You are on the water but expect long walk down. You are very close to boat ramp but have to drive to marina to get on boat after launch which is a little pain. But the house is exceptional. Plenty of room and beds. Huge windows and views. Nicely updated bathrooms. Everything is very clean and beautiful. Nicely decorated.lots of deer and deer corn provided. Excellent fire pit set up.i was very impressed with the place

The view was stunning and we really enjoyed our coffee sitting on the deck in the morning, watching the deer! We felt right at home in this quaint little peace of paradise! Beautiful Lake House
We had such a wonderful time this past weekend! The rooms were spacious, uniquely decorated and the beds were comfy! Big beautiful dining room table and plenty of living room seating! The view was stunning and we really enjoyed our coffee sitting on the deck in the morning, watching the deer! We felt right at home in this quaint little peace of paradise! We will definitely be back!

House was nice and had wonderful views. Had a few minor issues but management company was quick to respond by text and take care of it. Neighbors are quite and respectful. There are lots of deer around and we had fun feeding them some deer corn that we picked up at the near by Lowes Grocery Store. They have pretty much everything you will need, otherwise you would have to drive about 15 miles to the nearest HEB. The only con was that the deck string lights didn't work and was unable to resolve it during our stay. It made it hard to see if you wanted to hang out on the decks at night.

Great spot with amazing view.
Great space for a group with plenty of beds and lots of seating in the living area. Short walk to the lake from the back deck. Beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommend.

The house and location were absolutely wonderful! The owners were attentive and accommodating. The interior was very clean and neatly decorated. The only negatives that were encountered was that the gas grill is in very bad shape and the spiders and webs are everywhere on the exterior. But all around we had a great experience.
