Our stay was as expected and suited our needs for this trip.

This location was great. Everything was very close by. The room was spacious and clean. The check in process was easy and quick. I only had one issue and that is that what was advertised on my reservation was not acurate as it stated that the check out would be until 11am and once i did my check in was advised that the check out would be at 10 am, i called the following day to see if they would extend it until 11am but of course was told that they couldnt do it. Just wish that when there are times showing on the original reservation that they maintain the times listed as to me check out times are important and therefore the reason why i chose this location, otherwise its a lovely place to stay at.

After a rough time getting our rental car and such this place was amazing! The checkin was super fast and took no more than 5 minutes. Then we got to our room and loved all the space we had. Had to call for an extra blanket and towels and they were provided quickly. Everyone was very polite and the kids loved the pool.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is check in was very long lines with only 2 counter workers. I wanted to extend my stay for one day because the competition ended later than we thought. I could not reach the owner and the front desk charged me $178 for one night.

Our stay was great when we were able to get in our door. Each one of our key cards were inactive upon each and every attempt to get in our room. We were late to our destination two out of five of those times because we had to go back to the front desk to get new key cards. The other times it was super inconvenient as it cut into our vacation time and plans every time we had to go back to the front desk. I was extremely frustrated not being able to access our room we paid for. The 2nd time, although nice and friendly, the girls at the front desk kept telling me to keep my cards away from my cell phone or it will deactivate the magnet. Then they said the door gets stuck sometimes which we knew wasn’t the issue. Already knowing this, our door key cards were put in a back pack, no where near them every single time. Not even close to my phone yet they insisted that’s what was happening so I was very discouraged internally. After 13 key cards (they gave us extras each time) and yet another attempt to get in our door, we called security as advised and he re programmed not only the cards but the actual door keypads as well just to cover all potential issues. By the time we went to the office two of those evenings there was no longer a parking spot so with cold food by now in hand, we had to park way down in a different area and walk with full hands to our building. The other time, Juan drove us back in his golf cart(shuttle). We had no problems after things were reprogrammed but only had 1 day left at that point.. So in closing Andy, Juan and our last security guard,(not sure how to spell his name), we’re fabulous. The entire staff was helpful and nice.but without being able to access our own rooms, it was very stressful. My girls couldn’t change out of their uncomfortable cheer uniforms or grab jackets when needed. We are bummed that this was our experience so we won’t be back but if it was smooth, we would definitely keep Westgate in mind.

Great value for the cost. Yeah it had its little issues, but for the cost it was well worth it! Heated pools that stayed open late were great! Jake answered all my questions and was easy too work with.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick couples get away, but the resort is more suited for families with kids, who are on a tight budget. Everything was extremely outdated. None of the amenities or appliances are up to date, everything looks like it’s from the 90’s. We had issues with our AC unit because the coolest the room would ever get is 70 degrees. They sent a maintenance guy out who told us that it was nothing he could do to fix it and suggested that we wait until nightfall for cooler conditions, because “during the day it’s too hot outside for AC units to cool down the rooms.” I paid $10 a day for WiFi that didn’t work. I guess my room was too far away from the internet modem, but the signal was too weak to even allow me to refresh my emails, I was forced to use my cellular data, which didn’t work too good either (AT&T is my carrier). The design of the suites are paired in twos with a neighbor, unfortunately we had a huge family staying next to us who were extremely loud, frequently coming in and out of the suite’s main door at all hours of the night, with absolute no regard for their neighbor. We were constantly, rudely awakened by the comings and goings of our neighbors, as our bed was located right in front of the door. This stay was a 2 star stay at best and I say 2 stars because the host was extremely helpful in making sure the check-in was seamless and even offered theme park discounts. The restaurant at the resort had pretty good food, but those are the highlights of my stay.

Would only recommend for big families trying to save money.

Weekend getaway
Nice place to stay cleaning could be better. Shower had a little mold and I had to take the comforter off the bed because it was dirty. Parking is horrible at night. Other than that the place was nice. The host contacted me the day before to welcome me. I've stayed before and never had this problem so don't let this stop you from staying there.

VERY nice unit !!
Our unit was excellent except for the occupants through the door in the kitchen...they were LOUD using profane language at all times of the day...also the toilet paper was not very good...you could see through it...BUT we had a very nice stay ...it was a little difficult getting to Orange county Convention Center but we knew that ahead of time and traffic was horrendus but none of that was your fault...we will be back again next year for the PGA show and look forward to returning...
