Nestled in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for £119 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come and stay at our spectacular beach house in a highly desirable location. It is located in the heart of Carolina Beach - just one block from the beach and boardwalk and steps from all restaurants. Our house has 3 bedrooms - 2 queens and 1 king. WiFi is provided to our renters along with smart TV’s. Our house also has 2 full bathrooms. On the back patio we provide a grill and a fenced in yard. We provide all bed sheets and towels at no additional charge. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, and utensils. The kitchen also includes a stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. A full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room. In addition to the front living and dining area, the house has a back living room were the adults or kids can watch TV, play games, and read. We are one block from the Carolina Beach boardwalk which boasts a variety of entertainment, shops and restaurants - and just blocks from the Marina. Our house is kept very clean, updated and is pet and smoke free. Stay with us and let us be part of your perfect vacation!

You have a beautiful home. It is a very relaxing space, beautifully decorated. And as close to everything as it was, an oasis and quiet inside. Loved the patio, perfect place for relaxing over a cup of coffee and any other time of day. I do agree with another reviewer that if you have mobility issues, this would not be a good listing for you.

The house itself was great on the inside however if you are handicapped or have someone who is it's definitely not accessible for them. The front is a little to high especially for a short person. I fell going in the front door. My mom and Aunts had to go through the side of the house which wasn't much better especially with their walkers. The house is located in a great location. While we were there I was made to move my vehicle so they could change out the pole when I asked where I could park for free till they changed it out I was told I had to pay for parking.

It was nice and cute it was walking distance to the beach and boardwalk we had a good time It also was easy to get to most all the restaurants around The big kids like it bc it was walking distance to everything so yeah I'll stay again for sure 😊 The little cute purple house

Loved how close it was to the beach and a great little coffee shop around the corner. I was worried we were so close that we would get noise at night but no issues. The ceilings are a bit low - be careful if you're tall. We were fascinated by the layout and thought we figured out where the original house was and what was added. Owner responsive to issues and even kept us updated about the hurricane status. Did find it annoying that the tv doesn't turn in the front room so it's not optimized for watching from the couch. We used the back living room most.

This property did not disappoint! Wonderful size bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen- a must have for those traveling from afar, and cleanliness of property! Within walking distance from lots of wonderful restaurants and the beach. Thank you for creating such a fun vacation spot!!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. It's an ideal layout, and the whole space is super comfy and inviting. We love being able to park our cars and walk everywhere. We had some minor suggestions from our last visit, and they put them into place. I'm coming back again in June and have this house bookmarked as a favorite beach getaway.

This property is in a great location. Beach with 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants nearby. Ice cream place, the Celtic Creamery, with great Irish butter pecan ice cream that is to die for near by. Jennifer was a pleasure to rent from. Really cared about my input and helped us out with recommendations. We will go back when we can and stay for longer!!!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. The location is outstanding as it is just steps away from many of our favorite places to eat--coffee, ice cream, sushi, breakfast, and more all within a super quick walk. Great proximity to the beach. And the home itself is very comfortable. All of the beds were great and the divided living space made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The sofas were very comfortable which is often not true with many of the rentals we have had in the past. Parking was so convenient with two spaced directly in front of the house which made unloading and loading so easy. Lastly, Jennifer was VERY helpful, easy to wok with, and prompt in responding. We will definitely stay again.

Great house for myself, husband and 2 teenage boys. Jennifer was wonderful to book with, and quick to respond to any questions. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Location was fantastic! You could walk to everything. We look forward to coming back!

The purple cottage was perfect! We were so excited to find a 3 bedroom house where I could create wedding floral arrangements. The space was great. Everyone had their own room and the two living spaces gave that extra space to spread out.. The owner was wonderful to communicate with before and after our stay. We would chose the purple house again in a second! It's steps away from all the best places and the beach! 5 stars all around!

Perfect location! We parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left. House was clean and conveniently stocked. Everything we wanted to do (eat and drink) was walkable. Great for a couples getaway or family fun. Jennifer was extremely communicative and ensured our comfort during our stay. We will be back!

The house was spotlessly clean, newer bathrooms and kitchen, very comfortable. Linens included were a great feature. 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the property, easy walk to the beach.

Well first of all the cottage place was great, however when you come through the front door the steps are very steep without any rails, very dangerous for us coming in out of the cottage. The cable system was very poor didn't have regular cable,didn't have ESPEN or any sports channels to watch. All three sofas were really not good to sit on if you sit on these sofas you sink in and it's really hard to get out of the sofas. The refrigerator ice maker didn't work and trying to use the water from the refrigerator was very slow hardly came out. I would not want to come back unless the things I mentioned were taken care of or addressed to the owner.

It felt more like I was staying at a friends house than a rental. The amenities listed don’t cover all the little extras you get when staying here. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen very spacious and loaded with every accessory you could imagine in a rental. everyone who stayed was extremely happy with our place and we will definitely look to stay here again. Perfect beach house when staying with your in-laws! The house sits perfectly downtown Carolina Beach and walking distance to everything. With small children, we didn’t even have to put the kids in the car once. The two separate living rooms was perfect for our two families. The rooms are very spacious and the back patio was so nice to sit out on and listen to all the downtown sounds. Being so close to restaurants and bars, I thought it was going to be noisy but we never heard a thing at night. Jennifer, the host, is also so sweet and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend staying here! Hope to return again and use her house!

We have been staying at this house for the last three years! Jennifer is amazing to work with the house is always in perfect order, always clean, beds are very comfortable and it’s so convenient not to have to bring sheets and towels down with us to a rental. The house is updated and Jennifer makes sure that everything is in working order and is always adding new things to keep it fresh (this year she added a charcoal grill to the backyard and new bedding). The house is right off of the boardwalk! It’s super easy to get to everything! I park my car when we arrive and I don’t move it again until we leave (always the hardest part of being at the beach) We walk to all the restaurants, you can walk to the beach, walk to all the new little boutiques and shops! And if you want you can rent bikes so you can ride all the way down to Kure beach or around the whole Carolina Beach area. The city of Carolina Beach is doing a fantastic job at updating their beach, shopping and adding events such as bands fireworks and activities down at the pavilion area . And Saturday morning we hit the outdoor market at the lake area . Perfect areas to run and bike and walk! Great home! Great owner to work with! Great Beach ….. every year it gets better! This rental property was the perfect size as well as comfortable and cozy even though right off main street. An excellent choice and place to stay for our beach trip. Great location with in walking distance of beach and everything we wanted to do. Planning on booking again for same time next year.

Everything was great except for the ice maker/water dispenser in the fridge. I think it had clogged lines and the water just trickled out. The ice maker was very slow probably due to the slow water rate. Other than that everything was great.

This is our 2nd time staying and it won't be our last. Convenient to beach, boardwalk, restaurants. 3 bed, 2 bath perfect for the 3 of us. Well stocked kitchen, appliances appear new. Great communication with owner. 2 parking spaces in front of house.
