This luxury two bedroom condominium is conveniently located in the Iron Horse South building in the heart of the Village at Northstar. This beautifully appointed third floor residence has an open floor plan and features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The residence has a flat screen TV above the gas fireplace and an outdoor patio. With a master bedroom king suite, a twin-size bed and full-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and spacious second bathroom with a double vanity, there is plenty of space for hosting friends and family after an exhilarating Tahoe adventure. Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Iron Horse South Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Primary Bedroom: King Suite 2nd Bedroom: One Full Bed and One Twin Bed Sleeper Sofa: Queen POLICIES & DISCLOSURES: - The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 6 adults plus 1 child under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - This residence comes with 1 parking spot in the underground temp controlled parking garage. Another great stay in Northstar. Two summers in a row for us. Had one mixup with dishwasher needing maintenance and housekeeping came and left out all of our refrigerator food that spoiled but they took care of it with a credit. Great service!

Northstar Getaway
Ironhorse 306 was our home away from home in the mountains. We loved the unit, and looked forward to coming home each afternoon after an action-packed day or activities. My 10 and 12 year old loved having separate beds and their very own bedroom and bathroom, and the bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. We loved the peaceful view from the balcony. The only warning I would have is the Ritz Carlton Gondola operates in the summer months, and you do get a little noise from the Gondola. That said, we hope to be able to stay in this unit again. You truly could not beat the location - close to the pool, parking, the in-town market, Rubicon pizza and the skating rink. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect stay with family. Central to so many activities. Ams although the town center is a bit quiet during the week, there is nothing better than grabbing dinner to go from Rubicon amd sitting at the fire pits while the kids scooter in the ice rink. Grownups and kids were very happy!!

Very comfortable accommodations for family of four with two adult sons. Second bedroom with two beds was a priority along with a very clean and well appointed condo. The check in process and communication with property manager was efficient and friendly!

This place has the great location going for it, also having TVs in every room with all services was great. But it felt short in 3 things that I would expect from a listing that mentions “luxury”: 1) The pillows were terrible 2) The shower in one of the rooms leaked water all over the bathroom floor 3) The coffee brewer didn’t work/didn’t have the jug, they did provide coffee but I couldn’t brew it.

Thank you so much! We had an amazing time. Everything was as pictured and very clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location
Bottom line we loved our stay here. Check in process was easy and anytime we had an issue, which wasn’t a lot, we received a quick response from Lauren. Almost all the shops were closed due to COVID but luckily this place is about a 10-15 min drive to shops in Tahoe. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway
We had an amazing time. Due to Covid the place was very quiet, but it was so perfect. We literally had the place to ourselves. The condo was beautiful, so clean, and close to all of the main areas of Northstar. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway,we certainly plan on returning.

Great condo!
We had a fabulous stay. Lauren was so accommodating and easy to work with! Upon arrival, we walked into the condo, which was so clean and cozy...and they had Xmas music playing softly in the background making it even more inviting. It was in a great location as well. Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic Property
Beautiful condo! Great layout for 2 couples or family with children of different ages. We loved our stay here better than any other place we stayed in the Sierra’s or the Cascades! Loved it!

Beautiful condo
Spotlessly clean, well decorated and quiet condo was a great place for our family to stay while participating in the Tahoe Peak Pickleball Challenge held at Northstar Tennis Resort. Split bedroom/bathroom design was perfect for two couples. Lauren (the property manager) was great to work with... would definitely stay again.
