The apartment is new. Ante and his wife are extremely nice and warm hosts. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. I would return anytime. I recommend this apartment.
Nothing not to like. Maybe only the fact that one of the bathrooms has the window towards the lobby, not outside the building..

It was super spacious and super comfortable for our family of 6. Comfortable sofa, chairs, and beds.
Everything was brand new and decorated with good taste. Our hosts were the kindest people ever! Our wish was their command. Outstanding price/value ratio.

There are plenty rooms and the furniture is very nice.
