La ragazza della SPA gentilissima.

Tutto, era sporca la stanza con polvere , capelli nel letto e ragnatele, pur facendo notare alla reception che la stanza non è apposto e che non ci piace ,hanno spolverato un po la stanza e questo è quanto.Lunedì hanno fatto dei lavori sia al esterno che sul corridoio delle stanze che di riposare chi voleva non se ne parlava nemmeno.

Uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, obwohl es ein paar Schönheitsfehler gab.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat uns positiv überrascht, für italienische Verhältnisse gibt es ein sehr großes Angebot. Der Innenpoolbereich war an einem verregnetem Nachmittag mit Kindern die Rettung, allerdings müssen diese den Bereich um 17:30 verlassen.

Es gab keinen Shuttle Service, obwohl dieser bei der Buchung versprochen wurde. Das war ärgerlich, da das Hotel doch etwas außerhalb von Lazise liegt und das Taxi ca. 20.- Euro für eine Strecke kostet. Es müssten ein paar Ecken repariert bzw. saniert werden. Zum Beispiel gebrochene Terrassendielen, der defekte Lift der nicht alle Stockwerke erreicht etc. Sehr schade war auch, dass die Kinder den zweiten schöneren Pool nicht benutzen durften.

Für unsere Zwecke ausreichend.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und hatte ein sehr großes Bad. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und landschaftlich wunderschön, etwa 4 km von Lazise entfernt.

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war nur die Poolbar geöffnet, was bedeutete, dass alle Getränke nur in Plastik- oder Pappbechern angeboten wurden. Was tagsüber am Pool völlig in Ordnung ist, aber abends fanden wir das doch ziemlich unverständlich und überhaupt nicht Umwelt bewusst. Schade.

Mit værelse 3007 lå perfekt i stueplan. Ganske få meter hen til poolen oppe i det ene hjørne.

Maden var perfekt. Den smagte godt. Blot havde jeg fornemmelse af, at der var en lidt manglende styring af restauranten. Så lidt trist ud med tomme borde uden duge på, som om de var ved at lukke. Manglede salt og peberkværne på bordene. Jeg forventer lidt mere stil af 4 stjernet hotel

The facilities are very good. The food was excellent and service was friendly.

Although it’s a spa hotel it’s not very family friendly. It’s fine for families with very small children but wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with kids over the age of 7

Will definitely return!

Staff are simply amazing and little touches like water in reception made the whole experience so comfortable. Massage and facial at the spa were top class. The property is spacious and spotless, nestled in the Italian countryside near Lake Garda. Room was good, firm mattress, and a hot, high pressure shower. Cleaning team are meticulous. Cocktails well priced. I particularly appreciated that our room was kept at the perfect temperature all the time. We didn't have to wait for it to cool down after we returned from the blazing heat outside. So it was a little haven to come back to every day, having been greeted with cheerful hellos on the way through reception. It's a happy hotel, relaxed environment with a huge welcome.

Despite clear efforts at presentation I thought the food at dinner was average, compared to dining in nearby Lazise. So I wouldn't choose half board again. Would definitely rent a car, the regional bus service is atrocious, but that's not the hotel's fault. Service when dining was first class, the team is really brilliant. Can't say enough good things about them. So very friendly and they took the time to remember one of our party was vegetarian. Lunches were great, huge salads and sambos, and breakfast was excellent.

brilliant staff and facilities.

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We had a faulty mini bar and having reported it at reception, it was being replaced by the time I got back to the room!

We didn't have our own car. A bus to Lazise would have been good.

lovely weekend get away with spa access .

the room was really nice and we had a pool view with sunset . they provided us with champagne upon arrival and allowed us a late checkout the day after .

the inside swimming pool was a bit noisy when the spa jet was on. sl

Lovely visit and a shoutout to Anna who spoke very good English, made us feel comfortable and remembered little things t

Surrounded about vineyards, free shuttle bus into town, adult only pool, friendly staff and really good selection at breakfast ! ☺️ we didn’t have a chance to use them but there are free bicycles you can hire, or pay for electric scooters or e-bikes :)

The last free shuttle bus was at 6.30pm into town and 6.40 back from town so planning dinner was needed otherwise last shuttle you can pay €20 for was at 9.40 back from town :) but this service is amazing and very much appreciated, very lucky to have had that, however it is only roughly 30 minutes to walk to town (at a good pace).

good stay but it could be better

very nice room, all new and clean, nice facilities, 2 outside pools, 1 inside pool with good hot water. the breakfast is very good and rich.

the room we had was on the left side of the hotel, the charm family room, is above some machinery making noise all day and night, like a vacum machine. we couldn t have a very good sleep. so be aware when choosing your room type. it is far from the city center so you take their free shuttle but they have only 4 rides/day, or you take a taxi every time you want to go somewhere. the dinner was not worth the money at all. small portions and not tasty.
