Paul was very prompt in meeting us at the condo and explaining all of the condo association rules. We loved the location of the property and the rental price was very appropriate. The bedding and furniture could use a little updating, but the extra bunk beds really make this unit more affordable for a family of 5, or 4 adults and two kids. Paul was very nice. Be sure to bring your own towels. Also, no washer/dryer in the unit, but the property offers them. Pool and gas grills we're very nice. We would rent this unit again.

Great place to base our adventures and allow us to enjoy the surrounding park (Ft Desoto) and take a guided kayak tour of the mangroves

We couldn't have had a better time, the condo was perfectly located, a quiet area with lots to do, everyone was friendly! Fort Desoto and Shell Key were fantastic to visit multiple times and we rented a great boat for an entire day to explore Egmont Key and the Bay area. We will return!!

My family spent a week here, and it was a great base for trips to the beach. We loved walking over to Shell Key Preserve, and taking the short drive to Fort De soto. The condo was spacious, clean, and as described. We rented a canoe and had a great time canoeing in the bay, leaving from the condo.

This condo is perfectly situated and very private, overlooking the bay and receiving the morning sun. It is nicely furnished and well-maintained with everything you might need to establish home away from home, and the owner is both gracious and accommodating. This was to be a writing retreat for us, and although the condo did not have a full size desk, the clubhouse had ample counter and table space. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby, as is Fort DeSoto Beach, although we were surprised to see a secondary toll both collecting an additional $5 fee for use of the park. I would recommend this location, and particularly this condo, if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet space to enjoy sunshine and the bright blue skies of southwest Florida.
