Second year that we spend Easter at the property and everything was excellent. Unfortunately the weather wasn't adequate to use the pool, but the host made everything in their power, in case the weather was good, so that we could use it. I highly recommend the property for groups.

Everithing was absolutly perfect!Accomodation, facilities, view, pool..and especially the host very helpful with all the recomandations.We will come back for sure!

Stunning view. Spacious accommodation and plenty of sunshine or shade around the pool area and the green garden area for yoga. Comfortable chaise longs and beds, BBQ and fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Laundry room too. Storage spaces and wardrobes of plenty. Towels and bedsheets. Toiletries were stocked too. Entertaining was great— outdoor or indoor music; choices of Netflix, YouTube etc. Storage space for golf equipment. Free and safe parking outside the property in a private front yard. Security at the gate of the entrance of the Black Sea Rama. Golf experience was wonderful (you can play 3 courses). I only played Thracian Cliffs— wow! Balchik is one beautiful place for lunch or dinner plus the small beach. Marina and botanical gardens— stunning! Prices were fair and racy from the accommodation to Balchik for dinner was around 15 pounds/ euro= 30 Bulgarian lev. Other beaches (by taxi or hired car) are Argata, Kibela (now, Adora);Bendida and Albena (huge but too far). Restaurants choices are wonderful too: it’s worth the travel to “El Balcon del mundo” and all restaurants at the Thracian Cliffs (Olive and the one with the sea view!) Black Sea Rama was alright too. Thankful to the hosts for our memorable holiday! We wish to return one day. FMR

Quiet area, nice sea view,nice swiming pool

One of the best houses we've ever stayed. It's simply awesome. It has everything you'd possibly need. The outdoor area is amazing, the view is stunning and we had a really good time there with the kids (we celebrated our daughter's second birthday there). The host is really friendly and responsive and gave us a lot of useful recommendations and even managed to supply us with extra coffee capsules delivered in the house :)

Not really a con, but keep in mind there's no extra beds or coaches for the kids, so you should consider them as adults to make sure there's enough space for everybody. Still, they provided at least baby beds, for which we're thankful :)

The villa has everything you need, to cater for all your needs during your stay (barbecue, dishwasher, nespresso machine, iron, even a hair straightener). All rooms are well maintained, equally nicely decorated and air conditioned. The view is breathtaking and the garden at the back of the house is far bigger than what is pictured, so no privacy concerns with the other villas. The host is very helpful, she provided lots of recommendations on restaurants and beaches in the area and was always responsive in case of questions during our stay.

Please be aware of the fact that the 5th bedroom is not generally accessible with the overall accomodation- only if you specifically request it and comes with a different price.

The location and the house is absolutely breathtaking! The host is amazing and she gave us some good recommendations. We felt that she was helping us have the best time. Here's what you should know: 1. A day before you arrive at the property you will be given an access code to enter the house, a map, complete directions, and some more details that are helpful. 2. There are towels, a washing machine, a huge living-room with a nice kitchen, 3. There are 3 bedrooms for couples and one bedroom with two one-person bed 4. The pool is awesome and the center of attention, although at beginning of June the water is pretty cold 5. In the resort you will find several restaurants (depending in what period of the year are you going) 6. There are some ducks we found nearby and they were awesome... we fed them biscuits, they loved it 7. bring some flip flops (we forgot them)

We had some problems with the bathtub. It was leaking water when you drain it. But we had a shower in the same bathroom so that wasn't really a problem for us. I think the host already fixed that.

Very spacious, clean and modern. You can easily fit even two families. The view is amazing! Also big thanks to the host who was very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this property!
