sea view from the balcony was great
location (far from city centre and no buses out, only taxi) minimal facilities (gym & recreational)
onsite restaurant restrictive in offerings (not much available to eat so forced to leave hotel to eat out)

Big rooms, good breakfast and dinner choice. The pool is very big and offers a very nice view. The pool bar is quite good with very affordable prices. Parking is available in front of the hotel. 10-15 min walking from Cesme Marina if you are not afraid of dark areas...otherwise need a car for 2 min of driving.
We arrived at 16.00h and the room was not ready (they compensated with 1h later check out). Even after we entered the room, the cleanliness was not at its top (stained towels and furniture, dirty carpet). The shower tub was not draining, we had to call the technical service, but nobody came for 1 day (in the end it was fixed by a service guy). The beach is basically inexistent....just a rocky area with steep water entering. Sunbeds available both on the "beach" and pool. Overall, a poor feeling related to the service itself for the amount of money we paid.

Name of hotel is not appropriate to the reality, we cannot use SPA because of quarantine (they didn't inform us beforehand).
Swimming pool time is 10:00-19:00.
You cannot see price of meals which not included to menu (tea 10tl, juice 25tl).
You cannot order food to your room.
For young people there was nothing funny, just family hotel.

The view on the sunset is beautiful
The rooms are very well and modernly designed
You can walk just 10 minutes to come to the embankment in Çeşme with plenty of bars and restaurants
It seems to be a cross-purpose. Nice looking modern building with comprehensive interior design and so poor staff. Like the hotel was created and then managed by absolutely different people…
1. No proper welcoming and information during check-in procedure.
2. Our luggage wasn’t delivered into the room for 20 minutes and only after my reminder they did it.
3. Just a couple of employees understand basic English. Be prepared to have constant disappointments while trying to order the food from buffet in restaurant.
4. The waiters are running very fast, but you don’t get your drinks or food fast. Even worse - many times they just forget what was ordered.
5. Food quality in the pool bar is disaster. The calamar rings were like rubber and without any taste.
6. Balcony was so dirty like wasn’t cleaned before for entire season. Finally I had to take e napkins and clean the railings and table on my own.
This property has all the chances to be very attractive (end even more expensive) place for holiday, if they change the service level completely, hire and train proper personnel and take care about their customers.

Staff are very friendly
Avoid this hotel! One of the worst possible holidays I have ever had. It is 15 to 20 minutes away from the centre, so if you have no vehicle good luck with long walk. Please note, You need to pay extra money for water and it is 3 times more expensive than market price! Pool is small and gets dirty easily. There is not a single entertainment or show happening, they don't even say where is pool, beach, restaurants etc. You need to walk around to find them.. For the money you have spent, food options are alright, however you do not get any drink on time with your food! I had to wait 40 minutes to get a cup of tea... Staff are very friendly but they are fully aware lack of quality in this hotel. Receptionist said I need to make a payment on my check out as he doesn't see any payment from booking.com! I had to show my bank account and receipt to receptionist, unbelievable those are my private information, why do I show my bank account to some stranger! Room service is on time, Bed is very nice too, however they have probably the worst pillows in the universe. I did not use any pillow in my second day as I could not resist to neck pain... There was a drone flying in the hotel, I'll see if it is legal to fly a drone in this area. I will totally not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are happy to get robbed with your own money...

Very modern hotel, pretty rooms with spectacular view. In 15 minutes walking distance from city center, shops and restaurants. Own beach with pier, quite large pool. Very friendly stuff, someone has a basic English.
Unsuccessful during all the processes - check-in, check-out, restaurant and pool bar orders, breakfast service.
We spent more than 30 minutes on check-in with no any other people in line and over 50 minutes on check-out.
Every order on pool-bar takes a 15-20 minutes, glass of vine or bottle of beer.

The hotel is new, have beautiful sea view, good beach and territory. Also breakfast was good, but it’s the same everyday.
Super dirty hotel, for 5 days we been there they didn’t change bedding and didn’t sweeping the floor on the room, I think the only one they do when coming to room for cleaning it’s just moving your staff to different position to show the visibility of the work. Also pool was almost green already from all dust it has because it didn’t get clean for long time I believe.
Another word about hotel employees: first on reception they almost don’t speak English and they are super lazy! Nobody explain you anything, they don’t care about you, if asking coffee with milk and repeat it few time on one minute you will have your coffe without milk or they don’t bring your order because they don’t care. I think owner need to looking better for them because they looks really tired and kind of out of process.
And last day our vacation they decided to celebrate wedding on the hotel!!! And nobody warning you! Just one day start to making preparations and you couldn’t use half of territory for yourself!!! But they charge you the same amount of money for this day! Then was loud music until 12am!!! Horrible!
I highly do not recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the money and you will spend more time to explain something to lazy employees than enjoy your vacation!

Great view from the room, nice pool, some of the staff friendly and really trying
The hotel does have a serous hygiene issue. The first room which we've got was disgusting. All surfaces sticky, hair under the sheets, bathroom dirty and sand from the beach all over the place. We literally escaped after five minutes inn the room. Second room was slightly better but we had to call house keeping in order to clean bathroom again and some other spots. The kitchen staff does not wear decent masks nor cover their hair which resulted in complementary decoration of our meals (plenty of hair). Despite of booking half board we decided to go for dinner outside the hotel after first night. Hotel staff doesn't care at all - listening to your complains with a smile and then just walk away doing nothing. By far the worst 4* experience in my life. People using the breakfast buffet without wearing a mask...unbelievable. Stay away.
Hotel is pretty far away from city center. Either you do have a car or you gonna spend a nice amount of money for the cabs.

the bed, the look of the room and view only
A male reception staff was very rude, the male staff serving breakfast&dinner wasn't attentive at all,the male staff at the beach area were careless&asked all hotel guest to leave the beach area as there was a wedding in the evening;they made hotel guest feel like second class.I paid£300for2night stay in cash pounds,I wasn't given a receipt&when I was checking out from the hotel, the female staff said I had nothing to pay in my account&then came to the car when I was ready to leave&told me that I had to pay£100as there was an outstanding amount on my account but she didn't know what it was for,I refused as she was refusing to give me the bill for these charges, she asked me to wait for the male staff&I refused&drove off,a car stopped my friends car,it was the male staff who said I couldn't leave if I didn't pay that balance. He was claiming that I only paid£200¬ what he asked for which was the£300I paid in cash,I explained that I 100%remember paying£300in£20notes-15of them that I counted twice,in my purse &on to the reception desk,he insisted that he doesn't have that£300&has watched the CCTV which confirms that I only paid them£200.I asked him why he has noticed this now after2days of staying at the hotel, why he didn't count the money, count the money in the safe,do the cashing up of the end of the day,not contact me the whole time that I was there.he kept insulting me in front of my friend in the middle of the street&threatened me to pay the£100that I already did&if i didnt he will call the police. so i told him to as i was sure that i didnt owe them anything, in a few minutes the police arrived&this male staff was making all his accusations about me to the police, the police asked him to stop insulting me&asked me to tell them what had happened so i did.

New Hotel, clean and good facility.
long electric wire dropped off from the ceiling of the terrace in our room, looked like installation problem. Not good looking.
