Very good

The apparment itselfs was cool, spacious with parking space. Great location if you use it as a starting point for NP Sutjeska.

But some issues: 1. In Maglic no outside seating possibility 2. In the apparment located above the basement, you may hear very loudly the floating water in the pupelines making the sleeping uncomfortable. 3. No cooking possibility, so you have to use the near restaurant with very unfriendly staff (even for breakfast).

It was just beautiful there and we will probably come back another time!

It was super cozy and in a beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and there were enough towels and bathrobes for the whole family. The beds were very comfortable and with the window open you could here the very calming mountain stream. The sauna and the shower were also super nice. We spent a really enjoyable time there.

The warm water was not enough to fill the jacuzzi but that didn’t matter after a hot sauna. The sauna was private but took about 2,5 to 3 hours to fully heat up. The thermostat indicated a temperature approximately 20 degrees below the actual temperature. Sauna fragrance oil was also lacking, unfortunately.

The room is excellent, location is perfect. Sauna is great in cold weather. The staffs are very nice! Great foods are available in the restaurant too!

Hot water from boiler is not enough to fill up the big jacuzzi.

Great value for the money

This was like a cabin. It had definitely sports-oriented accommodations that had little or no amenities but an excellent location. It is designed for park visitors and is geared towards winter with drying racks, an inter-galactic level shower and solid wood paneling. There is no a/c but you are at a high enough elevation that it really isn't necessary. The building is almost brand new at the time of this writing. The beds are clean and comfortable and the property is linked to the nearby (also brand new) restaurant which serves excellent food. You really can't go wrong if you are visiting Sutjieski Park. There is enough parking to accommodate 50 guests.

There are very few amenities in the area. The nearest "store" is about 1km away but it is like the 1930s where a woman stands behind a counter and her wares are on the shelves behind her like a 1930s general store, This is the Republika Srpska and people are poor. The stores selling refreshments keep their cool drinks in coolers instead of refrigerates so bring what you will need,

Quiet area.

Everything was great, nice quiet area away from everything!

Kitchenette could be useful, breakfast was just ok, nothing special, even had to pay for the coffee.

Beautiful villas and location but let down by poor ventilation and breakfast. Overpriced.

Sparkling clean, modern, newly built villas. Convenient location for the national park, right opposite the war monument Beauttiful location surrounded by spectactual mountain peaks, with a river running just behind the properties Good wifi Plenty of parking

Problem with double booking when we arriving meant we had to spend the first night in a villa smaller than the one we booked and nearer the road. For the second night we were able to move to the villa we booked. Both villas were too hot with inadeaquate ventilation especially upstairs and no fan or air conditioning. On the first night we slept very badly because of the heat and traffic noise. The first villa had a picnic table and terrace but the second one had nowhere to sit outside. We ate breakfast at the attached restaurant once (included in the price) but the choices were unappealling and the second morning we preferred to buy fresh fruit. There is no swimming pool on site. The downstairs bedroom is actually the living area in both villas, so no privacy.

Just Ok on the Off Season

Clean, good size for a family. Downloadable maps were helpful for the park. Walking distance to the restaurant and playground was great, as well as memorial. Looks like a perfect spot for summer.

Bath tub was difficult to work and ran out of hot water after filling a few inches. No provided toiletries other than hand soap. Breakfast food was included but coffee and juice were not... this was not made clear until afterwards. Sauna never fully heated up, although was pleasant enough. Restaurant capacity was limited in off season. Any other open restaurant or market was 30 min away.
