Friendly staff

You can hear everything because the walls are thin and so are the Windows in an interior room.

The pension is very clean and comfortable. Our room overlooking the patio was very quiet. The location is in the oldtown, close to the public parking garage and the beach.

The staff behind the bar at breakfast seemed inattentive and unfriendly. Street parking appears to be non existant if you are not a resident and underground is quite expensive.

Excellent check-in with good conversation at the front desk which is on level 1 and not at the bar. Lovely bright and comfortable room with bright lighting, big double bed and a powerful shower. Bar was always busy downstairs which was a good sign but always quiet upstairs. Small terrace to chill in the sun with loungers if you need. Location is absolutely tops.

There was someone at reception to help 24/7. Very friendly and helpful. They changed my accomodation quickly and unquestionably because of renovations on the floor above.

Unfortunately they were undergoing noisy renovations. But they moved me somewhere quieter quickly.

Nora at reception was very accommodating which was great after a long hike from San Sebastian.

You could hear the other rooms and bathrooms clearly but it was a nice place
