Overpriced, not up to cleaning standards but location wise and frindlyness of staff was great.

I appreciated my late check out and parking request. And was surprised by a room upgrade.

That the restaurant and bar wasn't open and that it was not mentioned in the hotel description before booking. The whole apartment was unclean.

Overpriced for the standard of accommodation.

Location is set back a bit far from Cable Beach itself but close to the new Spinifex Brewery which is a good spot. Cable Beach as a suburb is a good spot to stay when in Broome.

Room is dated and in serious need of refurbishment. Dishwasher was an antique. Oven (which didn’t work) and electric cooktop similar. Mould in the grout of the shower. TV in the minor bedroom didn’t work. Pool area is huge but has absolutely no vibe without a pool bar and the restaurant being closed. Understand that trade is highly seasonal and it was the tail end of the Wet Season but it was also Easter holidays. No BYO in pool area but as I say, no bar area to buy a drink if you wanted one. Everyone that I could see had brought their own. No staff around to enforce the rules in any event so fair play for all the guests.

It was fine but disappointing to not be able to organise a late checkout.

The studio was well presented and well Equipped.

We thought breakfast was poor. Little choice and poorly presented. Over cooked sausages, limp hash browns, indifferent scrambled eggs. Disintegrated tomatoes. And not hot enough!

Booked 2 rooms but could not get rooms close together. Restuarant was closed.

The pool areas were great so was the housekeeping and location great for families

The bathroom especially the shower was grotty, the dryer didn't work, the restaurant wasn't open which was annoying and the power went out our last night

the food at the restaurant was not that great, servings was quite small for the big price of food

spacious.

restaurant was only open once in 3 days. place was never cleaned. pool was dirty. it was new years but we ended up getting cable beach resort for 2 days.

Good, but seemed overpriced for the age, size and facilities in the apartment.

The grounds and pool areas are great, and location in Cable Beach is great too. Our outdoor veranda looked out over a garden area with wallabies and other wild life which we really enjoyed.

We were expecting more given the price for a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartments need an update, shower was mouldy and cabinets smelt musty. Although we stayed a week, the apartment was only serviced once. The cafe is not opened every day, and when it is open, it is only open for short periods so we had to go elsewhere.

Overpriced, and lacking in basic needs. Great location, but bring your own kitchen utensils.

I loved the location, being close to Cable beach. The pool was nice, and close to our room, but had a big stain ring around the waterline. The tv had some great channels available, including non stop movies. I enjoyed having our own space to cook.

There were some screaming children hogging the pool for a number of days. We didn't receive fresh water bottles on 3 mornings during our stay. The room service didn't clean, just tidied and replaced towels. The internet was unusable, it didn't matter which wifi we chose, all of the time the internet said "no connection". The kitchen equipment was completely basic and shabby, and lacking essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil. It seems silly to provide a kitchen without those common needs, and knowing that most guests would go to Coles to constantly purchase new condiments.. I asked for a romantic gesture of flowers in the room upon arrival at the time of booking and I received an email quickly to say this could be accommodated, followed by an email a couple of days later saying they didn't have the staff available to make this happen. And I thought the room I was booking was going to have a nice view as per the pics of booking.com, but I was disappointed to have our room facing a fence and scrubland. I thought the price we paid, vs what we got, was not representative.

Loved every minute of our stay

Apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable, Bed linen good quality and beds very comfortable. Great having pool just at the door. Good location, friendly professional staff

Would have loved a HDMI in the bedroom tvs (and a power point) to use my Fire stick for a movie night but that isn't really a complaint :-) - otherwise would love access to Netflix/Amazon log in

Excellent stay in Broome with bus stop just outside Oaks. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable. Pools clean and welcoming. Area around pool quite lovely and well kept. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

More staff were needed to clean up used breakfast dishes at restaurant. Would have appreciated more fruit and variety of non cooked breakfast options.

Not sure about value for money - but location and facilities were great

Overall, the facilities were great. We loved the pool area and the bar area. Happy hour was good value too. It's well-located - about a 10 minute walk to Cable Beach and 10 minute drive into the town.

The 2 bedroom unit was quite small and seemed to need some freshening up. Cracked tiles in the bathroom for example. Not much storage or shelf space in the bedrooms. Kitchen equipment was basic and not much was provided such as bowls for a salad etc. TV remote needed some sticky tape to hold it together. Access to the pool was restricted with a security card which was annoying, and not being able to access the pool after 6pm was crazy - it should be later say 8pm or 9pm. Overall, we thought it was very expensive for what was provided although the location and pool facilities lifted the experience.
