A gem of a hotel in wonderful Collioure. Warm and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, spacious terrace and a lovely swimming pool with great views. We only originally booked for one night but immediately extended it by a day on arrival. Would definitely one back again.

Lovely room clean and comfortable and fantastic bathroom.

No lift but we knew this before we arrived. We just had lots of luggage as on a road trip. Would be nice if there was a member of staff employed to help with luggage. Personally I would be prepared to pay extra for this service.

Perfect location only 5 mins walk into town and 10 minutes home due to the hill. The hotel was perfect for us. Lovely breakfast, wonderful staff. The rooms were on the small side but we will certainly be back.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. All spoke English - very fortune as our French language skills were sadly lacking. Charlotte was especially helpful in enabling us to do a local wine tour. We felt valued guests and extended our stay to 2 nights. The pool area and breakfast was great too. No hesitation in recommending.

We prefer a toilet in the bathroom not separate from it. Didn’t use the small patio area off room.

Excellent en helpful staff, perfect location at walking distance to the charming centre. And very nice room with all facilities. And private parking at hotel.

Booking was easy, great communication with hotel re:booking, directions to get to hotel & general information. Liked the pre-registration so that arrival was seamless. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

Heated pool and hot tub on terrace with amazing mountain view. Quite close to the rail station. Friendly staff member. Cheap, very simple but nice meals if you don't want to walk into town (e.g. it was raining the first night I was there)

Only bad part was the price for parking, if i was to stay for longer than a night it would be in another hotel because of this

All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including communication with them prior to our stay. This is a really sweet hotel, nice room, good a/c, beautiful pool, and easy walking to town or train station. We liked that it had an electric kettle in the room - not always available in France. I highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is really convenient for the train station and for walking around Collioure. The room was very clean and spacious.

The pool area was a bit disappointing - no changing room, literally just the pool, jacuzzi and some loungers. The outside space that I had with the superior king room wasn't nearly as nice as the photos. It was just a fenced-in space right next to the fenced-in space of the room next door and not much of a garden view.

The room was very well appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we had the deluxe room. The tea making facilities in the room were adequate but the tea was awful. We did ask for fresh milk and this was not a problem The pool area was great and spotless Breakfast was ok a bit hit and miss, the eggs bacon and sausage available were ok but not warm enough for me, the selection of cold options was sufficient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaners did a fantastic job as the hotel was spotless
