The view was absolutely spectacular - could not have been better. The direct access to the National Park was also a bonus and the staff were all lovely and very helpful.
We felt the menu in the restaurant was a little ordinary and i ordered chicken for dinner and it was very dry and overcooked.

Location is great as it’s right in the park. The view is good too. The staff is great and offers good advice for tour. The live tango during dinner time is also interesting.
It’s fun to see monkeys jumping around the balcony. But it also makes it hard to go into balcony anytime.

I like the whole environment, the idea to have the hotel close by one of greatest falls in the world with the facilities provided by the hotel it was great
Bathroom size was small, my room was double beds we were couples

Niets !!!

Location & view
First Time beeing treated like a youth-hostle-guest whilest having booked a first class hotel. Some of the staff need to work on their attitude!

The breakfast was decent. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights. The food choices were limited.
The restaurant menu could be improved. The room temperature was centrally controlled and too hot.

Very well located but the premises are old and should be leveled up to justify the price and the standard they say they have
Old premises, rooms are outdated

You cannot beat the location and it’s worth a little more money for a view room (get the top level). Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. The staff in the VIP club were so friendly and helpful. It was important to them that we were happy throughout our stay.
We loved waking up to monkeys on our balcony and watching them roam around.

Great location! The Hotel is absolutely fabulous! My respect for front desk staff; they helped us in all the possible ways with some sudden changes; diplomatic, respectful and dedicated! The food is excellent and all the things you can do around are covering the entire day and preferences!
Helicopters flying non stop over and making a non stop noise almost for the entire day. The falls are worth seeing from above, but a schedule should be implemented. You couldn't enjoy a quiet day at the pool because of that!

Amazing location, right inside the Iguazu national park. Amazing views of the Igrazu falls!

Really liked the professionalism about the property. our server in the dining hall was incredible. We are quite a simple couple and were well looked after by her similar to the lady at check-in. We did hope to tip more at dining alas we were unsure of local currency for it. So Kudos for hiring such incredible staff.
The property is located right next to the trails upper and lower so an early morning start wills definitely get you to places. We do hope to visit the hotel again some point in the future or keep coming back to it.
The rooms do feel a bit small and the jungle view may not seem like what you expected. Some more detailed options of the view would help.
Do ensure that you check on your transport and cost to and from the hotel as this may be a bit of an unplanned surprise.

excellent hotel, excellent location
I suppose having to pay $40 to escape. (if you wanted to go into town, taxi fare 40 dollars. I was only there for 2 nights and the purpose was the falls, so not a problem

This is the highest end experience for visiting Iguazú. The setting, the staff, the animals . . . all 11 out of 10.

First and foremost the location is second to none. You walk straight into the key trails from the hotel and the pool has a magnificent view of the falls. It was worth staying purely for the views and access. You can see the refurbishment was concentrated in the communal areas which were nice. Other highlights were cocktails and restaurant staff. The roof top bar was lovely, they had a DJ which created a nice atmosphere.
Unfortunately the quality of the refurbishment was not reflected in the rooms, for the money they were very basic and somewhat old. Whilst the staff were generally lovely the reception staff could have been more forthcoming with help and information and at points we felt rushed and like we were bothering them asking basic questions. Finally the quality of the food is not what you expect to find in a 5* hotel, the room service was extremely poor, verging on inedible. We had dinner in the restaurant the 2nd night which was much better but still over priced for what we had.

unbeatable location inside the park and wonderful clean and wonderful smelling facility but for the price I would expect the staff (some not all of them) to be more on top of their game. On the night that I was there at around 7pm, I asked the lady at the front desk if I could make a reservation at the restaurant and I was met with a rude response. instead of asking me for my room number she asked me in an inquisitive manner whether I was even staying at the hotel. Mind you it was after the park had closed and after all those people visiting had left so anyone in the facility was staying at that hotel. it just had me wondering if that would have been her response if I was an older white male instead of a young nonwhite female. it just left a sour taste in my mouth. And after she begrudgingly made my reservation she told me that moving forward I can make the reservation myself and did not need to come to the front desk.

Excellent breakfast and amazing location.
Had to buy connecting rooms to bring my 10 and 12 yr old. That’s not convenient.

This hotel has a very privileged position within the Iguazu National Park, home of one of the natural wonders of the world. The hotel has views of the falls from many rooms, some dining and lounge areas. This is very special. The hotel is at the luxury end of the market, with rates to match., and it is luxurious. This is an unbeatable way to visit this fabulous location. Our room was great, very comfortable. The dining options, a restaraunt offering formal dining and some bars which offer a shorter menu. Both were not outrageously priced, and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our Tarif, and was superb. Staff were numerous and pretty helpful. It is possible to do the ‘Upper’ and ‘Lower’ viewing trails from the hotel, and easily catch the little railway to ‘Devil’sThroat’ , the three viewing trails on the Argentina side of the falls. These are all fantastic … do them all if you can. Of course hotel guests have the advantage of beating the crowds who have to come through the Park gates at 9:00am
