Vriendelijk onthaal, antwoord op al je vragen . Je kan een avondmaaltijd bestellen en in je kamer opeten . Op mijn vraag mocht ik de eerst aangewezen kamer (met douche) omruilen voor een kamer met badkuip . Daar had ik ook meer parkeerruimte , TOP
Alhoewel ik dezelfde kamer had als in oktober 2023 , viel het me nu op dat het geluid van de TV deze keer niet zo goed was . Misschien technisch eens nakijken ?

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, l'acceuil,la chambre.
Le restaurant sur place.
Le bruit, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, j'étais en dessous de l'escalier et j'étais réveillé avec les premiers départs matinaux.
J'ai eu la malchance d'avoir le samedi soir un couple qui se disputent à côté.
Le bruit general a gâché un séjour qui se passait pour le mieux par ailleurs.

It was nice to have a reasonably clean place to sleep after a 10 hour drive. Also the location is close to the highway and they had 24 hour reception, so we were able to check in at 23:30.
The room is very small and damp. No elevator. Carpet was dirty with spots. Everything was old but as clean as possible. Hairblower was broken. There were no refills at breakfast. we came in at 9 and they were out of orange juice, eggs and only one yoghurt left. We payed 12 euros each for breakfast.. we payed a total of 128,- for one night, 2pers with breakfast. That's very overpriced imo.

We booked it as flight cancelled and needed somewhere near airport to stay it was cheap and served its purpose but definitely not a holiday destination hotel

The rooms are clean and the receptionists are very nice and helpful.
The sound isolation could have been better. The rooms are quite small.

Great location next to the airport.
Very bad behaviour from the ladie at the Reception. She spoke very poor English but also her attitude was very disrespectful. She didn't want to put a stamp on the invoice for no reason.

We stay here on our road trips and it's always clean, the staff are friendly and pleasant and always try to help if they can.

Very nice stopover point. 24 hours reception with attentive staff. 16 - 20 mins walk from Biarritz railway station. Easily accessible by car, too. It is very close to the airport but unless you are supersensitive you'll not have a problem with the occasional plane.
Bear in mind it is 3km from the centre and the coast. There are buses, so provided you have Google Maps you will be alright. The Number 5 stops just 1 min from the hotel. Biarritz itself is pricey, so that 3km distance also makes it a lot more affordable for people keeping to a budget.

Close to the Airport, good breakfast lots of choice.
The room was cold had to ask for a heater. The air conditioning wasn't working, hot or cold!

The staff were phenomenal. Friendly, incredibly helpful and really look after the guests. The menu although not a very wide selection to choose from, the food was good. THANK YOU!!! All round good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
